Curtis saved the day! My Dad has dementia. We had just gone out to my Ford Explorer from a weekly lunch with his buddies at a restaurant about 10min away from Northside. My key fob suddenly didn’t work. I called AAA and they would only be able to tow us to a dealership to make a new key fob. I called Northside and they went above-and-beyond offering to come to us with a battery. Curtis quickly arrived, checked out my fob, and installed a new battery. Saved my Dad and me from what have been a probable 3hr-4hr ordeal, that would have completely confused my Dad. Curtis from Northside made it take only a mere 20min. Outstanding customer service!

Buying this car has been a dream for me. With only 411 of them ever produced, it’s not something you just “find” it’s something you wait for. This dealership made that dream happen. From the first phone call to closing the deal, they were honest, responsive, and professional. Delivery was scheduled, but due to major snowstorms the third-party transport company had delays getting it from Oregon to Connecticut. That part is out of the dealership’s hands. I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

Got it for a delivery service. I retired but still have the e250 it has 449,xxx miles on it and still runs and drives great! No major repairs just the usual I can't get rid of it because of the high mileage and really don't want to. It has the 4.6 They say its the best motor and I believe it!

2016 RAM ProMaster City review
Great little van for commercial use. The only drawbacks is only one armrest for the driver and not passenger seat, no cruise control on the commercial model and the A/C Fan does not have a high air flow on face and feet mode. The spare tire does not come with and can be added for an extra fee. Great Van otherwise.

My partner and I visited 4 other dealerships before stopping at Newberg CDJR. Mike met us as we parked. Warm greeting, no pressure. He showed us a couple of 2025 Ram 2500 trucks. Luis as Sales Manager - again very professional and courteous. Made the negotiation (which was really pretty short and easy) enjoyable - and that's from one Sales Professional to another! 2018 Ford Transit-150 review
terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones

Everyone was very nice and I would have gave them a 5 stars. Their truck was missing the Stock Rear view mirror at the time of the test drive they said they had ordered it. I signed all the paperwork for just the truck came back the next day to pick it up and it had a Small generic rear view mirror in its place. And it took over a month to get the plates. Still waiting for the title And I paid cash.
2011 Chevrolet Express 1500 review
This Truck met all of my needs, great for traveling, lots of space in the extended cab, comfortable all around, drives smooth, 6 seater which was great for my family. Sits up high to be able to see all around me.
