Lexus of Orange CountyReviews
Lexus of Orange County review
What a GREAT experience!!! After a NIGHTMARE dealing with DarCar Lexus of Englewood in NJ, I went right over to Orange County Lexus and am so glad I did!! My husband and I were greeted outside in the lot by Tyler Figueroa, who then proceeded to assist us in showing us a few options. He is very friendly & knowledgeable, making this experience a true pleasure. The whole environment is positive and the rest of the staff are all so friendly and helpful as well. The gentlemen who handles the finance paperwork is also wonderful to work with and I am very thankful to him & Tyler for making this happen. Like i said - the experience at Darcar in Englewood was horrible - Lexus of Orange County was able to erase the negativity felt walking out of that location and provide me with a feeling of complete satisfaction - very pleased with my decision to go here and purchase a vehicle from them. Happy to be part of the Lexus of Orange County family... Thank you!!

Had a really pleasant experience with this dealership. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with — no pressure or games. They took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. It felt like they genuinely cared about helping rather than just making a sale. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a straightforward and positive car-buying experience.

Bill Volz's WestchesterReviews
Bill Volz's Westchester review
My 2016 Jeep Renegade, with 98k+ miles, was starting to need expensive repairs. So, I looked online for a pre-owned Jeep Wrangler that met my requirements and needs. I found such a vehicle on the Bill Volz CDJR website and made an appointment for a test drive. I was happy with the look, feel and specs of the vehicle and decided to purchase it. My sales consultant John Downey, did everything to ensure that the trade-in and sale went through without a hitch and without any sales pressure whatsoever. He explained all the details of the sale and answered all questions I had about the vehicle. The finance manager Elijah worked diligently to find me the best financing deal possible -- and it came with a great interest rate! When it came to signing the many documents, he went over each thoroughly and again, answered any questions I had clearly and quickly. I rate my overall experience at Bill Volz Westchester Auto as excellent. If you are looking for a new or used CDJR vehicle, I recommend you check out Bill Volz Westchester Auto on Crompond Road, Cortlandt Manor, NY

Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Hello, my name is Cyrus. I have worked in this industry for over 19 years. I have to say that the ownership is here every day. They engage with clients all the time without them even knowing they are talking to the owners. They genuinely care about both the clientele and the staff. I have had the opportunity to work for several different brands and owners, both corporate and private. They, by far, maintain a level of professional courtesy well above all others. I can honestly say that I wish I had found them earlier in my career. We hear stories all the time from clients about how they were treated, or mistreated, everywhere else. Sitting in my seat and watching both sides of the experience is refreshing. The typical clients who frequent this business are just as wonderful to work with as the ownership. Coming to work and feeling the positive energy and calm atmosphere in this place is refreshing. Although I have been here for just under a year, my name is not on most of the websites. They do not even know that I am leaving this review. I do not usually go out of my way to leave reviews for anything. This place is different and a breath of fresh air. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with you.

We had to travel from out of state to buy our vehicle, and this dealership took care of everything right down to ensuring the sales tax for our state was included. One of the easiest car purchases we have ever made. They worked with us over the phone and made this a great buying experience.
2020 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.
