Honda of OlatheReviews
Honda of Olathe review
Stephanie Diaz took great care of me when I was looking for a new car. Not only did she know the vehicles well, she was also friendly and joyful, not exactly the type of car salesman I have ever dealt with! It was like having a Honda Tour Guide show me around rather than pressuring me with high pressure sales tactics. It worked; I bought a CRV! Ron Weiner did a fine job with the paperwork, too. I can't believe I am able to write a good review about a car dealership without having to go to confession for lying! Oh, and Carol, sitting at the front counter (I have no idea what her job is, sorry) stopped what she was doing (both Stephanie and Rob were taking care of others) and came outside to help me with my GPS a few days later when I couldn't figure something out. She didn't have to, she could have told me to just wait, but jumped right up to assist. Great team!

Gary Crossley Ford review
Huge thanks to Charlie Henderson and the team at Gary Crossley Ford for making my recent purchase of a Bronco Sport Badlands so seamless. No pressure, incredibly helpful staff, and top-notch customer service. Charlie was patient, kind, and his deep knowledge of the vehicle made all the difference—he even walked me through setting up my phone with the car. A truly wonderful experience from beginning to end, and I highly recommend asking for Charlie if you're shopping here!

2009 Dodge Grand Caravan review
Just bought 2009 Dodge grand Caravan SXT 205,000 miles runs perfect handled. Great lots of room hideaway seats. I’m getting about 20 miles a gallon after I used a canon filter system installed and Lucas gas treatment every tank of gas got a really good deal on it paid $1500. Very little rust and my grandkids love it. Thank you.

Shawnee Mission Ford review
My experience purchasing a vehicle from Shawnee Mission Ford ended up Amazing! The customer first attitude displayed by our sales rep Faisal and the support of management to positively resolve a communication snafu was exceptional. They went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. Faisal was great, called when he said he would, and followed up to make sure I was good. I am retiring soon, turning in my company car and have to buy a car. I have been to a lot of dealerships lately but my experience at Shawnee Mission Ford has been the best! Great selection and prices, but mostly people that actually care about their customers! Thanks Faisal and Shawnee Mission Ford management, if we need another vehicle, we will be back!

Highly recommend this dealership for both service and purchasing a car. Nick McGrath took great care of us with our Audi and BMW. He was great in communication, made sure everything was handled properly, and kept pricing fair. They even identified and repaired an issue that the BMW dealership previously missed. Excellent experience overall.

Ewald's Venus FordReviews
Ewald's Venus Ford review
I stopped at Ewald hopefully to buy a new car. I'd never done it before on my own. Baha was the first to greet me and asked what I was looking for and the price range I could live with. The first car he showed me was exactly what I was hoping for. Baha started the loan papers and came up with a price I was happy with. I left with the car that day and was happy with the experience. If you're looking for a stress free and capable salesperson, I suggest going to ewald, and ask for Baha!
