Mercedes-Benz of Bonita SpringsReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs review
I purchased two new Mercedes from Mercedes Benz in Bonita Springs, FL. I purchased a S-Class and a E-Class. The experience for buying both cars was excellent. They are very focused on customer satisfaction and met all of my requirements for the new cars I was looking to purchase. The process from agreeing to the purchase price to the financial management was outstanding. Delivery of the vehicle was very good with the expert they provided to explain all the features of the new car. I highly recommend this dealership.
2020 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.

This was my first new car purchase since 2013, also at Germain Toyota. Rony Levy, my salesperson, was attentive, helpful and kept me posted on the status of my car purchase throughout the process. Because of Rony, my purchase was smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and clearly and patiently answered my many questions. I highly recommended working with him.

I just want to thank all of the service team of Nissan for being so kind and supportive to me today. Today was my husband's birthday but he has just recently passed away Jonathan Garcia was so kind to call me and check up on me to see how I was doing and making sure I was okay and to see if there was anything that he could do for me. I thought that was very kind of him as of a salesmen. (THANK YOU JONATHAN!)

Germain Toyota review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Daniel at Germain Toyota of Naples! I had an exceptional experience with Daniel at Germain Toyota of Naples! From start to finish, Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful. One of the main reasons I returned to Germain Toyota of Naples was because of a very disappointing previous experience at AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers. That experience left me looking for a dealership where I could feel comfortable, respected, and confident in the service recommendations I was receiving. Daniel certainly delivered! Having a pretty good understanding of vehicles myself, I know the difference between maintenance that needs immediate attention and services that can safely be postponed until a later date. Daniel took the time to explain what my vehicle needed, offered his professional recommendations, and never once made me feel pressured into authorizing additional work. What impressed me most was that he wasn’t pushy, didn’t use scare tactics, and respected my ability to make informed decisions. He simply provided the information I needed and allowed me to decide how to proceed. It’s refreshing to deal with a service advisor who understands that building trust and earning repeat business are far more important than making an extra sale. Daniel demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and genuine customer service throughout my visit. Germain Toyota of Naples has earned my confidence and my continued business, and Daniel is a big reason why. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward service advisor who treats customers with respect, I highly recommend asking for Daniel. Thank you, Daniel, for an outstanding five-star experience! Germain Toyota of Naples is fortunate to have you on its team!

My service on 9/9/26 at Anderson Toyota was my 5,000 mile service it was fast and smooth, I was out of there in under an hour and I was provided a video of the points that the service tech checked while in his care. My advisor is Jeff he is very friendly and knowledgeable rep. And last but not least every person at Anderson I’ve encountered will bend over backwards to help you.

2017 Nissan NV200 review
Comfortable for short periods. Very reliable. No problems in 3 years. Strong ac. Great cargo space. Good stock stereo. Strong motor and transmission. My only complaints are minor like no tilt steering wheel and no pin on passenger seat lever for tilt down ( the lever keeps falling off so I glued it on). Other than that this is a great cargo van and would highly recommend.

2015 Ford Transit Connect review
This vehicle slides right under so many recalls. Shifting cable, front glass, Some of the system panel works so it doesn't qualify for recall, transmission light goes on the day the transmission breaks down no warning before. The bumper are so low you can't get near a bumper stop or you will rip off your bumper. Cheaply put together. Drivers seat is poorly designed while getting in and out of vehicle you cause seat to adjust down, while low the chair base low quality just breaks no way to repair without replace so much stuff. Rides great hard on good wheels low gas mileage, the pipe where you put gas in broke how does that happen. But the mechanic says he sees it quite often for this make and model of car. He don't know how there is no recall on this particular part .

Giving Zack, my service rep, five stars for the very professional way he kept me informed at each stage and went the extra mile with the warranty company to get approval so the repair could be made in a timely fashion for me. I appreciate his professional and friendly manner. Many others in the service area and show room area could take a lesson from Zack. Smile and let people know you are there to serve. Bring back that very freindly enviroment that Fucillo KIA use to have.

2015 Ford Transit Connect review
I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

Car Factory Outlet Miami review
I was ready to give up on getting approved by a dealership, but I decided to try one more a chance, and thank god I did. I was able to be in and out within the hour. My credit isn't the best but they were able to get me great financing. I made sure to tell them my concerns and my wants in a car and they were able to start the process right away. This is the place to go.
2019 RAM ProMaster City review
Perfect for our senior road trips. (With the exception of the placement of cup holders). The cargo space allows us to leave possessions in the van, out of sight, on overnight stays.

I had a wonderful experience working with Jeffrey Kelly! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. What stood out most was his genuine willingness to help and his excellent customer service. He made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. It’s not often you come across someone who truly goes above and beyond for their customers.
2023 Ford E-Transit review
Excellent commercial van. This version only has the 120 mile distance range, but I never drive over 100 miles daily on my routes and it recharges easily overnight. Freaking fast van to be so heavy compared to my gas versions.
