2011 Chevrolet Express 3500 review
This is a very good vehicle. The six speed automatic transmission is very smooth. The v8 engine delivers very adequate power and surprisingly good gas mileage. It is quite comfortable to drive. The rear seats are very easy to remove.

I own a 2015 and I think it's an excellent vehicle, The heat and Air conditioning works great. I like that the side mirrors defrost automatically I think that's a great feature in the winter. I've never had an issue with the engine it runs fantastic and goes forever on a tank of gas. 25 combined mpg

I have owned this truck for 2 years. It is a Sierra SLE which is a comfortable entry level, wished I would have gotten the SLT. Have only 3 areas of (could have been better) 1. approach angle 2. APP or instrumentation management for the 4 wheel system doesn't show hardly any info. 3 Fuel consumption control, no options for various usability IE... Towing, Hauling, Performance and Economical.

Mercedes Benz of Washington (PA) diagnosed and fixed a problem another MB dealership caused. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands with service writer Amy Nelson. I did not have an appointment for a Service B but Amy quickly got me in and arranged for a driver (Dale! Who was awesome!) to take me back to my office. A problem was found under the hood that only the MB dealership where I purchased the car could have caused. This is where Service Manager Bob Anderson came in. This dealership was the first of many that we visited searching for our next vehicle. Upon entering the building, we were happily greeted by Omeed Safagar. He was courteous, attentive to our needs, and was not pushy. What impressed us is that he sat in the car and showed us every detail from the passenger's side all the way around to the driver's side, to the cabin and cargo section of the car. He not only answered every single question, but he displayed knowledge about every feature. In contrast, every other dealership either made us wait to be seen, did not know about every feature of their car and "glossed over" their answers, and even one ended our visit abruptly to cater to another guest. The manager, Stephen Staats, was also a part of the experience and even predicted that we would be back. We laughed at the time, but he was right! The sales process was fantastic, and we highly recommend asking for Omeed if you are planning on visiting this dealership. We are very happy with our purchase and hope that the rest of our experience there is just as positive.

At the time of my purchase I was looking at/comparing another vehicle from a different dealership and I was upfront about this. What really solidified my decision to purchase from Jim Shorkey was Ricky's flexibility in giving me a more than fair value for my trade in. I can tell this dealership has a customer centric focus where positivity and team work are at the core of what they do. I have purchased numerous General Motors vehicles and this experience ranks at the top!
2018 Chevrolet Express 2500 review
Looking for MPG went for the V6, I know it isn't a race car but some more umf would be good, haven't tried towing yet.
