With the help of the back office he was even able to reduce the rate on a commercial vehicle 5% lower than what it was supposed to be originally. Great service, great rate and great experience. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

This car is great for traveling around town with a lot of big dogs. Space for crates, not a high step for dogs, great fuel efficiency!

Hello, I never thought that I'd be driving the car that I always admired, but, bought a house instead of the vehicle a few years ago. Yes, that's how much the vehicle was. Passing the Battaglia Auto Sales, I did some research and learned that first, its a Family Owned Business, its local Excellent review then seeing the vehicle of my dreams was fate. I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.

Omg Dan!!!! for you they need more than 5 stars. The best salesman and businessman everrrrr!!! He is a very respectful person and knows what he is doing and selling. Most car dealers just want to take your money and then have nothing to do with you. With, Dan that will never happen, he is there with you through the whole proesss. We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

This is an honest vehicle, it does what you expect it to do and it does it very well. I have had the 4.6 engine in several Ford products over the years and have had zero trouble with them or the Transmission. The seat is comfortable, the dash is well designed and its an altogether solid vehicle.

Purchased this vehicle as an alternative to the AWD SUV I had planned on getting. Was very reluctant at first but ended up making the deal. Wanted an AWD SUV to start doing road trips across America starting in 2019. Gave it 5 STARS Reliability, but C-Mon it only has 300 miles on it so look at longer term owners for a Reliability score. Family ended up needing a vehicle capable of being used part time as a wheelchair ramp vehicle, and the Promaster had the lowest load floor of the full size vans. So that's what I looked at and ended up purchasing. Got the 136" wheelbase high roof, and after owning it a couple weeks went from meh to absolutely loving this vehicle. It felt huge at first, you sit higher than 4x4 1 ton trucks, and it's over 6' wide internally! Yet despite it's intimidating factor it still fits if just barely into any normal parking spot! It's the perfect size for a non commercial user like me, tons of room internally but can park anywhere. I've owned tons of new and used trucks over the years and even I was a bit iffy driving this at first. Poor visibility as it has no windows out back, but the great side mirrors and backup camera quickly took away that intimidation factor. Now it feels just like a very tall Minivan and I can drive it around parking lots with ease. What amazes me even after a few hundred miles is the turning circle! I swear it has a tighter turning circle than my 2014 Nissan Altima that's my daily driver! It's insane how it can make U-Turns and swing around in parking lots so easily. Finally the more I look over the vehicle the more I love how they built it. They claim it's the easiest and cheapest commercial van to service and maintain and I'm a believer now. Fuel Pump access is under a cover in the cab, and almost everything for normal maintenance and repair is easily accessed via floor hatches or under the hood. The interior is very odd looking but functional, the Ford has a much nicer looking Dashboard layout though. I do have to say though this Promaster's dashboard feels very durable and just makes it feel like a big rig compared to a wagon like the Fords did. I may be weird but I like feeling like I'm driving a Big Rig and ended up even loving that. Really my only complaint for the vehicle is the interior paint. I've hauled a few things so far and I swear the paint on the interior floor scratches just looking at it! I have ordered Hurculiner to roll onto the floor and wheel housings so I never had to worry about it again. Plan on doing 3 coats just to give it a nice thick barrier to protect the metal. Didn't really want to buy this 'Stupid Bug-eyed Van' as I called it at first... But good god I've ended up falling in love with it's useful design quirks and honestly fun to drive around high seating position! I swear I feel I could put anything in it and it would haul it without complaint, and the lower load floor has no step on the side or back doors and is level all the way across.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .

Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

Looking for MPG went for the V6, I know it isn't a race car but some more umf would be good, haven't tried towing yet.

Askar was wonderful. I'm a woman and I don't know much about cars just that I love my Subaru Forester. So it is a challenge to find someone who's is honest and helpful. Askar is both. I was lucky to have met him. I now have a great silver Subaru foster for a price I could afford. He was patient when it took me a few days to gather the finances. He was willing to wait for me to give me back and item I left in my old car, and he was willing to send another item by mail. All my problems but he was willing to help out. That is good and friendly customer service. My mechanic looked at the car after the fact and he let me know that some good repairs had been done and that he car was in good shape. Thanks Askar. I will be seeing you for my next car (hopefully in a couple of years)

Just bought my second truck at JMCC. Bill Owens again made the process as seamless as possible. Asked the right questions to get me to the exact right truck based on my needs and finances. Came up with two great selections, one better than the other. Very pleasant and friendly guy to deal with buying a vehicle. Ended up with a beautiful Chevy Colorado. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Rich and Josh both stopped by to say hello and check in. Finance manager made that process work well and offered some great points on putting everything together. Service staff checked in as well with information on both vehicles to help in the process. Overall 5-Star Process. Joshua Motor Car definitely is my go to place for any auto or truck purchases. My first Nissan , I converted it into a solar camper. 10 K no issues. Averaging 16.2 mpg 90% highway. Rides great , still feels solid .
