It is highly utilitarian, no frills. Highy efficient fuel wise. Semi automatic transmission annoyed me at first but actually works extremely well. Only relibility problem was bad battery ground connector cam lock. It caused lots of problems.

I had a problem with Otis Ford during my first visit to their service department. I let them know and their recovery has been unbelievable. Trust and relationships are built when things are tough, not when everything goes well. I can truly say that Tom and the staff at Otis Ford have gained a loyal customer by demonstrating their commitment to go the extra mile and provide excellent customer service.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Purchased a 2012 GMC Terrain in September 2020. Andy, was fair, and reasonable. The only car dealer I've ever been to, that didn't jerk me around, and I didn't feel like I needed a shower after I talked to him. Had a few minor issues with the vehicle, which he took care of, right away. Would recommend if you're looking for a fair deal, to be treated respectfully, and great service. I will be going back, to get a car for my son.

I learned to drive in the is van. Great. Visability and a tuff build made it easy to maneuver in parking lot and diet roads.

I have been looking for a used car for a few months and finally found one with Ed the general manager at Bianco. Ed was patient and very knowledgeable about the cars. I took it for a test drive and loved it. He gave me a great deal and all the paperwork was done in a day. I picked up my car it was so clean and smelled good with brand new floor mats. He watched me drive off safely and told me he’ll call me soon to check in on me. He felt like a family member. Manny and Ricky were helpful as well. The Express 2500 Van is a heavy duty van platform with tons of configuration options from the manufacturer and the aftermarket. There are 3 engine choices and several trim levels to suit. Great unit!

This is an honest vehicle, it does what you expect it to do and it does it very well. I have had the 4.6 engine in several Ford products over the years and have had zero trouble with them or the Transmission. The seat is comfortable, the dash is well designed and its an altogether solid vehicle.
