Charley was sooo great to work with. He called me wanting to go over my options to get me out of my older car and it all just made sense. No pushing, no treating me any differently because of knowledge , gender etc. He was thorough and explained everything. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us.
