Best large capacity vehicle ever, powerful agile drives more like a sports car than a Econoline. I would definitely recommend getting eco-boost though.

Mercedes-Benz of ScarboroughReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Scarborough review
I needed to trade in a vehicle i had bought for my husband who had passed. I already have a benz so i brought it into them to get a price on what they would give me. It turns out I left with another. What I personally LOVED was the fact that i was not pressured into buying. I was given time to look around and make a decision without being bombarded by a sales guy. They were fast, courteous and very professional. As for service they have taken care of my 550 convertible. She is an old girl 2009 but i maybe put on a 1000 miles a year. She is in great shape and I usually request Chris in service to work on her. I had an emergency one day and they got me in immediately with no appointment. Brandi the general manager is amazing and if you ever have any concerns or issues she will make it right if given the chance. She really cares about the Mercedes brand and her customers. I recently moved out of state and i’m terrified to go to anyone else bc I trust them so much. However, when i decide to buy my 3rd i can assure you it will be there. I can’t say enough good things about them with all my years of business.

Crafts Cars review
I’ve had the pleasure of working with the salesmen at Crafts Cars, and I can truly say they are exceptional at their jobs. From the moment I walked onto the lot, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. What set the Crafts Cars team apart from other dealerships was their remarkable attention to detail, they remembered small things about me from previous visits, like family members and even my previous family vacations. All in all, working with the Crafts Cars sales team was a refreshing experience. Their dedication, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service made me feel respected and important at every stage. If you are looking for a dealership that combines professionalism with a heartfelt personal touch, I cannot recommend Crafts Cars highly enough. This team truly goes above and beyond to ensure their customers leave happy and confident in their purchase.

I purchased a Chevy Spark from them today and got what I felt was excellent service. There was no sense of them trying to push add-ons on me (which I got the other time I bought a car) nor any sense of bloated bureaucracy, nor did I have any worries about the quality of what I was getting. Mike and Carin were friendly and professional, and quickly solved the few problems that came up. 5/5, would go again.

My husband and I set up an appointment to drive a car and fell in love with my new used Subaru. Doug was extremely helpful and easy to work with, printing out carfax reports before we got there. Key Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Rochester review
I went in for routine maintenance and a minor repair. Service department folks from the desk to the mechanic on the job were, as always, courteous and pleasant. While waiting for work to be done I wandered out to look at vehicles. Had a nice chat with Mr. Poulin and my trusty salesman Aristedes. We talked about a potential trade and once Aristedes and I found the truck I wanted, he immediately went to work for me. Deals are always made with the customer's interest in mind. Our last 3 vehicles, and most likely the next 3, will come from Poulin.

I found the elusive trim level of Jeep I wanted here and was unsure of how negotiations would go. I was more than satisfied with every aspect of my purchasing experience. My salesperson Johnny was extremely knowledgeable and the sales manager Jim was incredibly flexible. The whole process was low stress and I left with my dream Grand Cherokee. Thanks Key Auto!

2017 Chevrolet City Express review
Plenty of room to carry the grandkids and still room in the back for carrying things. Navigator 2.5 L engine, back up camera, towing package and great features throughout. It's like driving a luxury car. I love my 2017 transit connect van !

EMERSON CHEVROLET, INC.Reviews
EMERSON CHEVROLET, INC. review
This was my second appointment trying to get warranty items fixed. I have to take time off work to do this. I miss the dealer I have used for the past 20 years that provided a shuttle service so I did t have to miss work. The first time they did not have parts for the 2 warranty items and the second time they only had half the parts so fixed one item but was not able to fix the other as they did not have the parts. I understand it has been hard to get parts at this time but they should have reached out to me to see if I would like to reschedule since they did not have all the parts so I could get everything done in one appointment.
