Janey Acton my powerhouse saleswoman. This woman help me pick out the truck I wanted. Then went battled beside me With the office, to get me where I wanted to be price and rate wise. We closed the deal at 930PM Remember they closed at 7pm She never got upset about anything and said let me see what I can do, every time I countered. Then 3 weeks After the sale I had some clerical issues. She took my call an got to the people who could fix the issues without giving me the run around. This woman is a treasure to anyone who meets her... And will be a powerhouse for any workforce who is lucky enough to employ her. Thank you for everything.. Daniel Bunting

2014 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter review
I bought this 2500 3 years ago with the intention of building out a simple RV for regular and stealth camping. It did not work out due to bed height but what a great vehicle. This is designed for heavy use and for a personal owner, should last generations. The power is excellent, especially considering the MPG: 20-25 MPG in real world use. The handling is also surprisingly good, I've actually passed rental cars on windy roads. The view is beautiful and it is built in Germany and very well. It is not a wonderful tow vehicle as it is not body-on-frame but is rated for 5000#. So you could tow some toys or a small trailer quite easily. These are pretty stripped with only original equipment and there are few of these. You really do want the rear camera and some other stuff. Like other German vehicles, it adds up. When it comes to maint, this bus is the bomb, the oil change is easier than a motorcycle. Get the 4 cyl.

It was long but worth it. I was in need of a car mine was wrecked and totaled out but a careless young driver not paying attention a month and 2 days later I got a SUV now thanks to John and Bobby and Stan. John never gave up he knew what I wanted cause he asked me questions and I told him what I was looking for and he called me every time something came in close to it he drove cars to my job so I can look at them and he went way beyond what normal salesman would do to help you but he wasn't giving up till he got me something nice and Bobby and Stan worked there magic to make sure I got it. Thank you guys so much I really appreciate it

Tuscaloosa Ford review
Deciding on buying a new vehicle requires time and money and you don't want to waste either in the process. The sales associates at Tuscaloosa Ford are friendly, knowledgeable and don't waste your time with silly sales talk. Brooks was responsive to my calls and texts and wasn't pushy. The sales manager and finance guy were the same doing what's required in negotiating and not trying to push excessive add on warranty coverage. My wife and I had a good experience and recommend Tuscaloosa Ford.
2015 Ford Transit Connect review
I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

Great job to Brooks Copenhaver! Great salesman! Brookes is on top of it got it done very efficiently.
2018 Ford Transit Connect review
I drove a fifteen passenger van before my new Transit Connect. I did not need the size anymore but did not want to give up the roominess of the van. The Transit Connect is perfect. I can seat 6 passengers comfortably when I want and when I am not carrying passengers I can carry a good amount of cargo without having to worry about securing it as I would with a truck. I think it will be great to move my kids back and forth to college! I really like the roomy windshield and the overhead storage. It is not a luxury car. The seats are not as comfortable as other vehicles I have owned, but they are adequate. The engine is smaller and not as much pickup as I am used to, but it has better gas mileage than my other vehicle.

RMR 4x4 review
We went to RMR to "just look" at a Range Rover. We were impressed from the moment we drove up. We were greeted promptly, taken to the car directly, given the best low pressure experience and drive it home. We had our daughters (4 year old twins) with us and they were welcomed and made to feel comfortable. I would highly recommend RMR to anyone looking for a Rover or anything else they have in stock!

Auto Hub LLC review
Kleem Ahmad was great. No high pressure sales tactics. Gave us all the details of the used luxury vehicle we eventually purchased. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family.
2015 Ford Transit Connect review
This vehicle slides right under so many recalls. Shifting cable, front glass, Some of the system panel works so it doesn't qualify for recall, transmission light goes on the day the transmission breaks down no warning before. The bumper are so low you can't get near a bumper stop or you will rip off your bumper. Cheaply put together. Drivers seat is poorly designed while getting in and out of vehicle you cause seat to adjust down, while low the chair base low quality just breaks no way to repair without replace so much stuff. Rides great hard on good wheels low gas mileage, the pipe where you put gas in broke how does that happen. But the mechanic says he sees it quite often for this make and model of car. He don't know how there is no recall on this particular part .
