I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

The guys there were all very friendly and when we noticed an issue with the latch on the rear folding seat, they went to Acura, bought the part and repaired it before I left the lot. Buying a vehicle can be overwhelming but they were very easy to work with and I left with a vehicle I am thrilled with.

It’s a great deal with the price of the vehicles I’m just kind of iffy in regards the location for maintenance and repairs I’m still looking to buy a vehicle and I think I should be getting it in the next two months
I purchased a car today from justbettercars.com. Dave Stratton was the salesman I was working with. I walked in with a very bad credit score but a large down payment. I test drove a 2016 Nissan Rogue, they let me drive it all the way to foresthill and back to pick up my dad for moral support. After falling in love with it. Dave personally drove me to the bank to cash my $8,200 check for my down payment I got cold feet. My paperwork had already been written up and handshakes made but I was worried about having another large car payment. Dave then allowed me to look at other options, I test drove 2 other cars, a Mazda 3 and a Hyundai Elantra. After deciding on the Elantra and once again shaking hands on a a deal I got cold feet. I was ready to walk out but Dave convinced me to go talk to the finance manager. In the end the finance manager was able to take my interest down by 8% and my payment down by $50 per month. I’ve only owned the car for 4 hours but the patience Dave (although he got a bit testy in the end, but understandably so, he had spent the whole day with me) and the whole team had was great. New auto purchases can be difficult or easy, my experience was difficult. I was asking for as price match of an offer I received at another dealership nut the wrong color. They fumbled around, stalled, and finally made an offer far from reasonable. After 3 1/2 hours I went to another dealership, got my price, and completed the purchase quickly.
Our interactions with your sales team were the best car buying experience we???ve ever had. Connor was very knowledgeable and showed us numerous vehicles. We found the vehicle that we wanted and went on a test drive. We were sold by at the point we sat down to talk numbers. Within 10 minutes of talking we had settled on pricing we thought was great. The rest of the process took very little time. We left the dealership with the car we wanted, at the price we wanted, and having had a very positive experience. After purchasing 2 Kias in the past from another dealership, we are now loyal customers of John L Sullivan's Roseville Kia thanks to the great service by Connor and James.
