My wife and I were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. We asked to see Steve Morrison who we have dealt with in the past. We informed Steve that we were looking to buy a 2019 Cadillac XTS. We discussed with him the color and the options that we wanted. He attempted to locate a car matching what we wanted but was unable to locate one in the area. We wound up ordering one from the factory. We took possession of the car 11/30. The color actually looked better on the car in person. Needless to say we are more than happy with the service at Lima Auto Mall
Gene Siefkert was such a great help to me. I was looking for a used suv. I gave gene some ideas and we texted for few days. I couldn???t make it to the dealership. When I arrgived gene went above and beyond to help me purchase the right suv for me. He listened to my concerns and helped finalize all the paperwork. Gene answered my guestions and explained certain features. My family has used Tom Ahl Dealership for many years. This dealership treats you like family. They are knowledgeable and understanding. I always recommend them. Maggie Farler was extremely helpful with all the financial and coverage paperwork. She had my best interest at heart.
I have had bad experiences at dealerships in the past and have stayed away from them but my experience here was completely different. The salesperson Don was a very honest and straight forward Salesman. I can definitely tell he has been doing this awhile. I also bought an extended warranty and so glad I did with the high cost of parts and labor anymore. It gives a person peace of mind. I would highly recommend Northtowne Motors in Defiance. Will buy from them again in the future.
Very nice facility and staff and had exactly what we wanted and got us in the payment range we wanted ! Will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle and will be a return customer.

Dennis Recker is one of the best sales reps, I've gotten two vehicles through him, he and the team has made it so easy to work with Ford. They made my time important , always making sure I had all the info that I needed on the autos I wanted. I would send any family member and friend to then.
Listened to our preferences and delivered exactly what we wanted! Hassel free experience as Bob, Lance and Mike had everything ready when we arrived to pick up our new vehicle and answered all our questions! Love the new 2018 Traverse High Country!
We brought our 2012 Equinox in because of an exhaust leak. We find that the exhaust manifold, gasket and O2 sensor need replaced. A manifold bolt broke off in the process and needed to be drilled out. H&K gave us a loaner car in the interim.
Billy did a great job working with me. At no time did I feel any pressure to purchase. I have been hounded by plenty other sales people from other local dealers for the past few months while making the decision but not here. I had to wait and have been talking to him for quite a while on and off. And when the time was right for me and my family he got right on it finding the exact truck I wanted. He not only found the truck I wanted but went above and beyond what I expected anyone else would have done. We will definitely be coming back next year when we buy my wife’s Tahoe. Great experience overall and great customer service. Couldn’t ask for it to be any easier. Also Mike in financial department is amazing as well. Explained everything to a T and was very personable. Once again no pressure with him either. Thank you again for the great truck!!

We went up to Ohio for a wedding last weekend and had intention of getting a 2014 crime for our oldest daughter. The shopping experience was excellent so we decided to go back to the dealership on Saturday morning and buy a new malibu premier. We had two cars to already drive back on Sunday Mr. Earle and my salesman Ryan Heller had the car delivered the following Thursday to North Carolina about a half hour from Wilmington. Thanks so much Ryan and Mr. Estle. We appreciate you both very much!!
Randy Bray did an amazing job of making my wife and I feel welcome at the dealership! He even offered to pull the Hyundai we were interested in inside the dealership on a cold winter day which made a huge impression on us! Very knowledgeable about the Sonata we looked at & Randy also did a great job of ansewing questions for us on the test-drive! Great to work w/ & I will definitely recommend my friends & family to see Randy when they are looking for a new car!
