Our experience with Chapman Ford of Horsham was our second time dealing with a Chapman Auto Group Dealership. Both experiences were fantastic! We placed our order with Ashlie for a 2024 Ford F150. She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Overall, our experiences with Chapman dealerships have been nothing short of exceptional. The dedication and professionalism of Ashlie, John, Liz, Kyle, Steve, and the entire team show their commitment to a great buying experience. We got a hold of the service manager and he was extremely sincere and honest about what had happened with the vehicle and the team was working to get all the new parts installed for me. I'm glad to report that my car was ready the following day and drove like new. I appreciate the team taking the time to triple check the vehicle and didn't rush to give me back the vehicle. I also want to give kudos to Kyle in service for remembering to replace the cover for my key which I forgot about. Honestly, it's the little things like this that counts so thank you Kyle! Now for the sales experience... I appreciate Adam reaching out to me and listening to my concerns. I even stopped by to see him at the dealership today since he was so nice and empathetic of my situation so I wanted to say "hi" in person. At the end of the day, I believe I made a good purchase and I would refer the dealership to my family and friends.

2015 Chevrolet Corvette review
Having had many “sports” cars, I never appreciated corvettes as I do now. The overall experience has been a “10” reliability and response are excellent. I opted out if a c8 for the c7 and was not disappointed It is pure corvette, no mid engine , rear wheel drive . A real American experience, I luv it !!

I was shopping for a very specific new car - Dodge Charger Hellcat for several weeks - and since this model was no longer being produced by Dodge, I found myself searching the internet at dealerships all over the U.S. I had never purchased a car in this manner - I have always purchased new cars directly from the dealership - so, needless to say, I was apprehensive. Buying a car several hundred or a thousand miles away is not something I took lightly. I happened upon several vehicles that were promising from dealerships in Washington State, Texas and Ohio. After dealing with salespersons at each of these locations, I felt most comfortable with the Toy Barn in Dublin, OH. I ended up buying my new car from Toy Barn predominantly because of the no pressure approach I got from Pavel, a sales manager. He did an excellent job for me. He responded to my questions thoroughly and quickly. He made videos for me to more closely see the car and he was willing to negotiate on the price of the vehicle. I had the car priced comfortably for me before I came out to see it. I flew out with my own personal mechanic, we viewed the car, drove the car and the shop manager Kyle (another friendly and accommodating Toy Barn employee) put the car up on a lift for us to give it a thorough look-over. The dealership General Manager Chris was super friendly and accommodating on the day we went to see the car and we even met, and very much liked the dealership owner, Shawn - easy going and very personable. The finishing touches were made by the finance manager, Zach - who made the last, super impression for me. The Toy Barn has high standards as anyone can see - the specialized inventory of high-quality vehicles they sell along with the excellent sales and management team proved to me that you can buy a car by shopping online without fear. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a luxury specialized used vehicle to consider the Toy Barn for a beautiful inventory of sharp autos, and a great sales and service team. Definitely a sharp 5-star dealership.
