Nicolas, our service advisor, kept us up to date during the entire repair process and even sent us a video when the car was being inspected. He was great! We had to have new valve lifters and a new motor mount so the work on our car was pretty extensive. The work seems to have been done well, time will tell. Overall, we?re very happy with the Jim Ellis service department.

Nicole Martin and the team at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet did an outstanding job helping me and my wife get into a new truck. I was previously stuck in a high-interest loan, and Nicole worked hard to help us get out of that situation and into a brand new truck with a great warranty and a much better interest rate. Throughout the entire process, Nicole and the team were very attentive to our needs and what we were trying to accomplish financially. My wife and I were going back and forth on FaceTime trying to decide exactly what we wanted, and they were incredibly patient, personable, and never made us feel rushed while we figured everything out. I also had to come in after work, and the team was willing to stay late to get everything finalized and make sure I was able to drive the truck home the same day, which I really appreciated. Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel stressful, but they made the experience smooth, professional, and comfortable from start to finish. I’m very thankful for the effort Nicole and the Rick Hendrick Chevrolet team put in to make sure we left in a truck we were happy with.
