2006 Chevrolet Corvette review
After 63 years of driving, my 2006 C6 Corvette Base Convertible is my favorite car ever. Past sport cars include 3 versions of Mazda Miata, 14 Porsches (including 914/6, 1973 RS Carrera, 1967 911S soft window Targa, 1979 Turbo Carrera, and IMSA 914/6 track car). I dislike the Corvette weight, width in the garage, and lumbering response to the wheel, but the flatness in a turn and the throttle response are amazing. I find it absolutely beautiful to look at, and the auto transmission (6 Spd w/paddle shifters) is the first automatic I have enjoyed in a sport car. This is my first Corvette after all those Porsches, and I am amazed at the refinement and attention to detail in this car. Leather seats are fairly nice, but they are a little overshadowed by excess interior plastic. The black exterior blends with the black interior and leather, and softens the interior starkness somewhat, but the width of the door sill is an unusual inconvenience.

2001 Chevrolet Corvette review
I recently bought a 2001 C5 base automatic with 59,000 miles on it. I absolutely love this car. I’ve been using it as my daily and have put about 2,000 miles on it in about 5 months and it’s been nothing but great. Mine does have the Z51 package so it’s a little stiff and bumpy but with a sports car that what you expect. The only problems I’ve had are sometimes one of the pop up lights doesn’t go up but the good thing is there’s a hand crank for when that happens so you can put them up and the radio in mine had an issue where the lights on it would stay on and drain the battery but it is a 23 year old car so a few small electrical issues don’t surprise me. Besides that it’s been a great car so far and for anyone looking for a good, reliable, great looking sports car I don’t think there’s a better one out there especially for the money, it’s also plenty fast, I’ve recorded a 4.4 second 0-60 in mine on a non prepped road and all the mods mine has is a straight pipe muffler delete with no tips and pipes and a cold air intake so it’s pretty much stock. Overall I absolutely love this car and I hope to keep it for a long time (or until I get a C7 corvette) but I’d definitely recommend it if you can find a decent one for the money!

2008 Chevrolet Corvette review
My is machine silver with competition gray wheels 1lt nice car . Only problem I have had and a lot more people have had with the C6 is the automatic automatic shifter gets stuck in park. A recalled that never happened.

I loathe buying a car, especially a used one. I found a car via cars.com located at Sauder Motors. Within 24 hours Jay contacted me back with info about the car. I set up a time to come see it and he already had it ready and waiting for me to drive. He went over the specs, made sure I didn’t have any questions and let us go for our test drive alone. When we returned he made sure to check in on us and answer any questions but then he left us alone! It was refreshing to not have him right on top of us. Once the negotiation phase started I expected the other shoe to drop but it was quite the contrary. Jay was very informative, helpful, and fair. They have us a better deal on an already well priced vehicle. The paperwork was completed quickly and we were able to drive off the lot stress free that same day. The car is in great shape and you can tell they truly care about giving their customers a good experience and a great car. They even give you a full tank of gas in the car as a thank you! We will be doing all of our car business with them moving forward.

I always dreamed about owning a Corvette, though I didn’t know a whole lot about them. For the past two months, I’ve been to so many dealers and private owners, countless test drives along with frustration on the whole buying a used car experience. Everything changed the minute I met Joe! First and foremost, he did not try to sell me a Corvette, what Joe did was educate me on Corvettes and in his opinion, what the best years are along with the positive & the challenges. There must have been like ten gorgeous Corvettes There were two that really struck my eye, as I was talking to Joe again he didn’t try selling me a Corvette, Joe tried matching me at this point with what he felt would be the best car for me. I took out a gorgeous 2002 for a test drive and absolutely fell in love with it!! When I came back to the dealership Joe again did not try selling me this Corvette, he simply asked how I liked it and when I told Joe that, he then said to watch the videos he does on this Corvette along with the others. I went home watched what I feel was the most incredible videos going over a car that I’ve ever seen, I returned the next day and told Joe I want this car. Joe then went over a comprehensive checklist that he developed on every single entity with this vehicle just to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the choice that I was going to make. I strongly recommend anybody looking for a Corvette or any vintage car to stop in to Joe’s dealership and pick his brain. 2002 Chevrolet Corvette review
It truly is an American dream car... fast, reliable, easy to maintain, quick response, surprisingly good gas mileage better than my Nissan XTerra, and most of all very affordable sports car in the market. Most maintenance can be done by an average DIYer and there's a glut of after market parts available everywhere. I have a convertible triple black and it gets admired every time I'm on the road. This is my first Corvette and with my age, probably not my last.

2000 Chevrolet Corvette review
I purchased my 2000 C5 dark bowling green in 2014 it only had 23,000 miles on it, today it has close to 200,000 miles I drive it the only upgrades that I've done is I put different Wheels that mimic the stock ones they're just one inch wider front and back, an air intake from K&N and a Cat-Back system from Flowmasters. I can't go anywhere where at least two people come up and comment on my car and no one can believe it's 23 years old I do keep it in good shape it is the original paint. Like any other vehicle you have little issues water pumps I change the air conditioning a leak in the rear end had to get a new alternator all the normal stuff for cars that are 23 years old no major failures. The performance on this car is fantastic it's fast a Corners well. And if I can keep my foot out of it it gets pretty good gas mileage for the most part. I will say if you plan to get one of these C5 Corvettes you have to be willing to work on the car if you want it to run the way it's designed has a ton of sensors all kinds of grounds there's a lot to it, but the joy and the fun that you get out of it is well worth it.

2005 Chevrolet Corvette review
The yellow 2005 is my 8th Vette I've owned, and other than a 1966 with 427 / 4 speed convertible (should have never sold) this is my favorite. I have 72k miles, and I enjoy cruising with the top down. The only reason I would consider selling it is to get another 66 or 67 big block. A very reliable, fast car.

2007 Chevrolet Corvette review
I bought this 2007 Lemans blue convertible from a fellow in Roslindale, MA 2 years ago. I waited all my life to own one and after literally years of research for the perfect one, I found it. It was worth the wait. This car is such heaven to drive and pure fun, fun, fun. It has 43000 miles and looks like it just came out of a showroom new. It turns heads wherever I go. I love it.

1998 Chevrolet Corvette review
What can I say about the car other than its pretty great. mine sat for 4 to 5 years before being drove quite a lot again as I inherited it from my grandfather. With the time it sat, it had a lot of parts go bad on it. The windshield wiper motor needed replaced as well as the Transmission, cv rear axle, and the ac blower fan. The speakers are also blown from its age as well as the shocks are bad. But overall, I find it an amazing car to have as it was and still is my first car.

1995 Chevrolet Corvette review
I've owned one for a while now, and I have to say that the only real issues I have are comfort and reliability. Comfort on normal trips is fine, going into town and such, trips that don't take more than 45 minutes or so are easy, but once you get past that hour mark, the way you sit in the seat starts to get at you. You feel like you want to stretch constantly. As long as you get up and stand every once in a while, you're fine. Reliability has been quite a problem for me, but it's an old car, and I got one at around 100k miles (89k). So everything's starting to break, or maybe I just got unlucky and bought a lemon. I have to mention that yes, I do daily drive this, which is admittedly odd, but hey, I wanted it. I recommend it for having fun, not so much as daily driving, it's just too impractical.

It had never been titled and only had 1300 miles, in Excellent condition. I would go to their website every night for weeks to admire this car. I hesitated to pull the trigger and buy it. Then one day I noticed the car being sent to online auction and I called Joe Verrillo to plead my case for the car. Joe was so friendly and kind and agreed to pull the car from the auction. This was the beginning of a great friendship with Joe and Sunday Verrillo. My wife and I had never bought a car across the country and over the phone before, so we had to be walked through the process. It has always been my dream to receive my own collector’s car from an enclosed carrier right in front of my house in Michigan. Joe and Sunday knew exactly how to get all the necessary paperwork and permits done, even during all the COVID 19 restrictions. In less than two weeks my dream came true with the car delivered to my front door. Joe and Sunday Verrillo both assured me that the car was in immaculate condition. I can tell you I am a true car guy and so very picky, but I couldn’t of been more pleased when the car arrived. It was just like it drove off the showroom floor, it had all the original accessories including the corvette flashlight, the window sticker, and the corvette notecards, all inside a 22 year old pace car. I own I 2008 C6 very similar to the one in the Ad . Same color Crystal Red Metallic Tintcoat, convertible,Tan top, same two tone leather interior, Mine has 6 speed auto , heads-up display, 436 HP with dual note exhaust,Only 37000 miles, heated seats, I think they call this model the LT3 trim level with Z51 performance package . Love this car outstanding excellaration ,very dependable ,great bang for the buck. You get a lot of looks with top dropped. Only negatives would be that Corvette,s sit extremely low to the ground, not the easiest car to get into for a guy 66 and you have to be careful with steep driveways. Other than that a outstanding sports car.

2007 Chevrolet Corvette review
I bought my 2007 Convertible Z51 3LT in October of 2024. It had 118,000 and now has just over 125,000 miles. This car was someone’s toy as it has a cold air Vararam intake and long tube headers, and has been very well cared for as well. It still looks and drives like new, not bad for an 18 year old car. My only knock on the car is the interior is a lot of plastic and kind of blah. The Center stack is right out of the GM parts bin, nothing special. Raising and lowering the top is as simple as releasing the center handle and pushing a button for up or down. Only the 3 LT does that little trick, the rest are manual. Performance wise, stock it was 5 HP shy of a C5 Z06, mine is making 505 at the wheels very similar to a C6 Z06. When you stomp that loud pedal you better be focused and right with Jesus. I kinda got in trouble when I bought it, my wife as not as excited as I was until we had our first date in the car, she forgave me and I bought her a convertible Mustang a month later.

2007 Chevrolet Corvette review
I got my 2007 C-6, in Atomic Orange, in 2020. I found out about it from my sister’s youngest son’s girlfriend, who also was my oldest grandson’s pre-school teacher. Her mom was the executor of her cousin’s estate and had moved the car from her cousin’s home to her farm. Yes, it was actually sitting in a barn with a dead battery and covered in dust and pigeon droppings. The interior looked brand new. This was because after putting a new battery in, I saw that this 13 year old beast had only 6300 miles on it! The owner, who had passed away in 2018, had traded her 1992 C-4 in on the ‘07, drove it a few times and parked it because having double the HP scared her to drive it. Long story short, I saw it, drove it, fell in love with it and got it for a song! Took it home and immediately gave it a bath, using a foam cannon and microfiber mitt of course. Four years later, I’ve put another 7K miles on it and I have no plans of parting with it anytime soon! The only drawback is the interior, which is pretty much the cheapest looking interior styling that resembles an old Chevette. Chevy gave the C-7 a complete overhaul of the interior design in 2014. However, the outside looks great, the handling is superb and the 6.0 LS-2 has gobs of HP and torque. Awesome find after being retired for a couple years and living the dream!

2002 Chevrolet Corvette review
I’ve owned my 2002 convertible since 2005 and get excited every time I drive it. It’s blue and I get a lot of comments such as it being the nicest car the person has seen. The performance is amazing. Weight displacement is the best of any corvette. Surprisingly gets decent mileage. Though I wouldn’t sell mine for less than 40k there are some on the market for half that. Why drive a new Toyota when you can drive a used corvette that will change your driving experience. Besides, ever hear anyone say, “Nice Toyota!”?

1993 Chevrolet Corvette review
I've owned comaros drove everything on the rd and I absolutely love this model corvette the only problem I ever had was having to pull the Fuze so the antenna would go down and I also run a wire to the fan and hooked it up so it would come on at 200 degrees. I was jus uncomfortable with the fact it might heat up in traffic with air running as well. All that said this car rides surprisingly smooth handles like a dream got torque even at high speed when u nail it.
