I have been actively looking for the right car for months. I found the perfect car online at cars.com and contacted the dealership, being roy robinson. I was contacted immediately by an agent of Rick Berg. Rick has been amazing through this whole process. During our conversation he demonstrated why this dealership would be worth my 2 hour drive, and sure he was right. He constantly followed up on us which re built my confidence instead of getting cold feet. I was unsure if I should make the commitment, and he finally convinced me to make the drive. We drove all the way up to this location and immediately was greeted by several sales associates. It was reassuring seeing everyone so happy and ready for a professional business. Every single associate was on the phone calling customers. Rick showed us the vehicle and really established the value within the vehicle. When it came time for numbers the managers and Rick did whatever they could to make me a happy customer and confirm our business. This has been a great dealership and truly was ready for business yet ready to make a happy customer.
I was able to purchase a truly exceptional Golf turbo diesel! My salesman was low key & helpful in every way. When I decided to cancel an extended warranty the finance manager (Joe) was also very helpful. I was able to drive to the dealership & pick up my refund check with no difficulty. The cars that Quality Auto Center has in stock all seem to be exceptional.

I initially posted a negative review after we purchased from Landmark and found out a few months later that our suspension needed a significant amount of work, despite having been told that it was serviced prior to purchase. However, within an hour of posting my review the Landmark GM, Sunil, called to follow up with me to see what the problem was and how they could resolve it for me. I took my car back in, Landmark’s service department took another look, and in the end they did all the suspension work that was required. They really went above and beyond to make sure what could have been a negative experience turned out to be a positive one, and I am very grateful to Sunil and the whole team.
We found the Mercedes we never thought we would have. It’s a white 2014 gl450 and it was obviously well taken care of before us. We dealt with Rick who was very responsive and helpful. He answered all of our questions and was pleasant to talk to. The cars they have on their showroom are insane. It kept my 10 yo and 7 yo occupied, kind of like Disneyland for car enthusiasts except you cannot touch anything. :) We worked the deal and came to agreement on terms, much better that I thought we would. Most of the communication was through text messaging which is perfect. We went to the dealer to test drive on a Friday and after some more research and a little comparison shopping we bought on the following Wednesday. With Rick’s help this was the car for us. Very low pressure and very helpful. I bought the extended warranty, originally the price was too high the finance guy came back “at cost” who knows, but after calling around and checking online I feel like we got an awesome deal on that too.
A must-visit destination for any car enthusiast. Incredible selection of cars in a first-class facility. The BMW M4 was impeccable and even better in person than described on the phone. Hunter is an outstanding salesman and knew everything about the several cars I looked at. Could not possibly have had a sweeter buying experience. Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
