Overall when i finalized my deal about my car, i was pleased with the dealership and can’t say anything bad about anybody. The salesman, Iman, was wonderful and worked hard and Chad and Louie were wonderful.
I had the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service that I have encountered in a long time with any car dealership. The staff was friendly, I did not have to wait a very long and they knew exactly what they were doing. I will definitely be a long time customer with this dealership.

Steve Manley was my Service Advisor to do some repairs to my F250. Steve streamlined the process and handled every aspect of my visit and repair like it was his own truck. Went in knowing what we wanted and what we were comfortable paying. We had done lots of research so we didn't need any type of "sales pitch". Who wants to deal with that anyways? Jasmine had the car pulled around for us to see, and we were greeted by Curtis. He was so personable, honest and just a genuine guy. I felt like we were dealing with a life long friend. He along with James made the buying experience so easy, and the finance manager had us in and out within 20 minutes. I could not have asked for a better experience. Unforntatley this type of service is not common but I can promise if you get lucky enough to work with Curtis you will be very well taken care of! We are forever Athens Chevy customers!
So there I was on the phone with a dealer telling me it would be 3 wks to get this recall issue fixed on my 2018 Charger. When I decided to look for another dealer I found Banks Crossing and gave them a call. When I spoke with John on the phone he said he could get me taken care of in just a few days! My experience today was awsome with John and JB. Not ONLY did they get me in sooner but in and out in less than an hour.
