He connected my phone to the vehicle, added my vehicle to the Cadillac app, transferred my Sirius XM and on-Star to the new vehicle and I received my license plates right at the dealership. No going to the DMV. All these little things mean alot to a person like me with limited technology knowledge. In addition, they made arrangements thru the dealership to get my new vehicle home. We ended up purchasing the truck about a week later at a price we felt very comfortable with. We left that day knowing without a doubt that we made a great decision! Everyone in the dealership was very professional and friendly.
