The dealership is great nice and clean good selection of cars and great salesmen... my only issue is the business manager. Not on point, a lot of bull crap and does not take the job seriously... You buy a car and you're told you can come and pick it up at a certain time and voila!!! no good!!!

Bought a few vehicles from B&B, can’t write anything negative about my experience either time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to others. They will go above and beyond to help you. A few weeks after I purchased a car, a check engine light came on, (loose wire) they took care of it promptly on the spot. The light never came back on.

My entire vehicle purchase experience was extremely positive from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the showroom, the sales team was attentive, patient, and professional. They answered every question I had thoroughly and honestly, and truly took the time to help me find the right model and options for my needs. I never felt pressured and was able to make my decision at my own pace. The pricing and financing process was also very transparent ? I didn't encounter any surprise costs at any stage. During delivery, all of the vehicle's features were explained in detail, which made me feel much more confident getting started with the car. Working with such a friendly and professional team made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to others.

2018 Chevrolet Express 2500 review
I've had my 2018 Exress passenger van for about 5-6 years now, I chose a van because trucks are so expensive. I've towed a few cars with it, some heavy loads of gravel, and have towed a large pop up camper quite a few times even through some of Eastern U.S. mountains and it does fine. Its been reliable and the 6.0 litre V8 and 6 speed Auto heavier duty transmission are known to last a long time according to what I've read. I had a crew cab Nissan titan that was quieter as far as road noise goes but I guess its not too bad, its a van after all. Kinda get a drum effect with all the empty space in it. I remove most of my seats or all of them to haul stuff, plywood, bicycles, furniture, or whatever else I need to haul. It will get 17.5-18.2 mpg at 70mph which isn't good but I guess it could be worse, after all its kinda a box on wheels. Overall It does what it needs to and runs well with plenty of power for what I do. I have the shorter WB version, with all the seats out you have close to 10ft of area to pack stuff in it.

I understand diesels are expensive to maintain. The final bill came in less than estimated. I wish Chevy would recognize there is an issue with the LP5 injectors and provide some customer assistance. At 120000 miles people should not have these problems. Justin and Robert were helpful. Thanks.

East Hills Chevrolet of FreeportReviews
East Hills Chevrolet of Freeport review
I always enter a new dealership with hesitation; will they have integrity while conducting sales, or be xxxxxxxx going for the quick buck? East Hills was great to work with: clearly a professional and efficient dealership and Paul Whaley, my salesperson, was incredibly thorough in answering my questions and fully accommodating, but never pushy. Karen Rose in Financing was just as through, accommodating and patient with my questions and her pup, Mia, was a joy to meet. Raul, not my salesperson, made for very pleasant conversation during my wait. While I just purchased my car, I've no barometer to guage long-term support/customer care, but I've no worries that East Hills will be just as accommodating (and if not, I'll update this review). When it's time for my new truck, I'll surely return.
