The employees of this particular dealership were very nice! One of the owners even introduced himself and thanked us for stopping in. It felt more family friendly- even had a couple sweet, gentle dogs walking around & playing!
Wife and I were looking for a used truck. We found several we were interested in. The sales person on his first day working for the dealership explained the different warranties for each one. There was a couple of issues that concerned me and he and the parts department worked everything out to my satisfaction. The financial person was very organized and made the transaction very painless. I have used the service department several times and plan to keep doing so. If I am ever in need of another vehicle, my 1st visit will be with Sarchione Ford.

As a female car owner, I generally dread visits to the car repair shop - as a total layperson, I usually do not enjoy being convinced that my car needs (in my view) unnecessary repairs/upgrades. Branson assessed the situation, proposed solution and in less than 90 minutes I left the dealership with a fixed car and good feeling. I really enjoyed the little touch of a cookie left on the passenger seat with a note from the Service Department - these extra little touches will help me coming back whenever repairs/car consultations are needed.
I liked working with Nisha, not pushy, very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Only issue I really had (I don’t fault mishaps for) was the attention to detail that was given to detailing the car. Heavy dust and grim in easy to see places and crumbs/cereal under the seats. I will have to take it for detailing. Also the car needed new wiperblades right away as they where split.
I seen a truck advertised online and went to D'lux motors to look at it,Troy informed me that it was sent out to be serviced and that he would have the mechanic bring it down for me to look at and test drive. The truck drove great and looked great so I decided that I wanted it. Since it wasn't serviced yet Troy said I could come back later to pick it up when it was done, a couple hours late Troy informed me that they changed the oil and put new fuel and air filters on it but the mechanic found it needed a new tie rod end, ball joint and universal. They put all these parts on for me after I already decided to buy the truck! I would recommend D'lux motors to anyone there is no bs hidden or overpriced fees and the salesman Troy is a stand up guy and doesn't make you feel hurried or pressured into just signing the papers.
Good service. I got a good deal on the Ford Transit, the door latch wasn't working properly and they took care of that. Troy had all the
paper work ready for the closing, very easy in and out. Definitely would recommend D'Lux Motors. Very Pleased.
Let me start by saying this was my first experience buying a vehicle online from another state and I was nervous. The salesman was sympathetic on the phone, went into great detail about the vehicle and even put it on the lift and took more photos from underneath for me. We agreed on a price that was fair enough and the shipment was setup. The day the vehicle was to be loaded the check engine light was on. They called and said they put it on the computer and the problem was the O2 sensor and were going to replace it but the vehicle had to be cold to test it. Several more days went by while they tried to clear the check engine light changing may parts with no luck. Even though I had already wired the money and signed all the papers they we very prompt at canceling the sale and the money was wired back to my account within hours.
While the vehicle I wanted turned out to have some issues and I did not get it the fact that they didn’t want to ship it with known problems and even promptly returned my money earns them a five start rating from me.
Looked at a used Envoy XUV which was priced reasonably but for good reason. Most of the key systems were out of working order (liftgate, key fob, tailgate, roof, radio screen). No worries, it’s a used car and it happens however I recontacted the salesman about another suv on the lot and got no response. I ended up purchasing a new GMC Terrain elsewhere. Farther away but more engaged. Your facility and lot was very nice tho. Kudos on that
