I live in NH and purchased a vehicle from Tampa Bay Auto Network. They are the most professional, polite and easy people to work with. The customer service they provided to me was outstanding.
Mike and Lou were honest and thorough throughout the entire process.
Lou took the time to walk around the car with me while I was on the telephone with him asking questions about the car.
Mike handled the financial side along with the shipping and made the paperwork very easy to do via e-mails and explained in detail what I need to do on my side to complete the transaction.
They went the extra mile to show me pictures of my corvette being loaded on the trailer after working hours and updated me on the progress until my car was delivered.
I Highly recommend Tampa Bay Auto Network to anyone looking to buy a car without the hassle.
Great people to deal with !!!
Van to transport dogs to/from dog shows

This van will meet all of my needs and is easy to drive. I've always had Ford vans, but their new style is not compatible for my needs, and so I have now tried a Chevy and know I will be pleased with it.
I am so beyond impressed with the customer service!!! I had always bought vehicles from private sellers and I would avoid dealerships at all costs but Sammy was so nice and down to earth that his kindness compelled us to visit! I have to say that this is by far the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. It's a family-run business and they are very honest and reputable with no pressure sales. It doesn't feel like a dealership at all it feels like an extension of family. The vehicles are well-kept and you won't find a more honest or pleasurable experience then you will here with this father and son team!
Reliable, solid van, minimalist interior design

Good for transporting more than 8 people at one time! With 7 kids, my wife and I found it reliable, yet a little disappointing on the interior design :( For a 2008 family/church van it could use a little added "comfort" and accessorizing. Needs more cup holders, sturdier construction (simple parts easily break or malfunction like plastic cover over seat belt, door handles on front passenger side and sliding door). Good for pulling a medium-sized speed boat w/no problems!! Great for allowing a family of 8-9 spread out on long trips with decent amount of cargo space. Could be better on seat comfort/design and removability for those times when you want to carry something "inside" the van but don't want to stack on top of all 3 bench seats. Overall give it a 3.8 to 4.0 rating. Probably spoiled because I've owned 2005 Honda Odyssey and 2006 Toyota Sienna which meet all of the above needs except more than 8 passengers. Honda and Toyota will be my first choice unless I need to transport more than 8 at a time.
What an amazing experience. No one pressures you into anything. Pedro helped me every step of the way. I Would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a car, he will make sure you get everything you want!
I've always hated dealerships for service because they force you to deal with a pushy, unkowledgeable salesperson instead of a mechanic. Not only did Veterans Ford not try and up-sell me every stupid, useless service imaginable, they were perfectly ok when I said I wanted to wait on certain services. Huh? It's like the Narnia of dealership service departments. They also seemed knowledgeable and happy to be working there. My first trip I was confused because I was treated like a human being, you could have conversations with them instead of just them talking at you. Sadly my car was totaled and my needs have changed (minivan), so I went with a Honda. I have a service contract with it, or else I would have no problem bringing it to Veterans Ford for service.
Very nice website. However, I sent an email msg requesting updated pricing info via the cars.com link. I've never received a response from the dealership.

I have had bought my express 3500 new in 2001, I now have 405k miles on it. I replaced the original engine at 213k miles with a new GM engine. Rear end at 160k miles. 5 fuel pumps. Rebuilt front end at 200k. I am most impressed with the 4L80E transmission. The reverse just went out at 401k but it still goes forward.
Carisma auto group has give me one of the best customer service expierence I have ever recieved. Very friendly and helpful on helping me chose the right car for me. And very patient as we switched back forth between multiple cars. The whole charisma staff is amazing especially Sam.
I was taken care of with out an appt. Friendly, fast & efficient service. I have always received courteous service and attitude from all of Lokeys associates. Including all their departments ... sales, service repairs and phone operators.
We dropped off our 2015 Tahoe for recall work and we were in a hurry. Mr Sutton was very helpful and Quick to get us taken care of. The work was performed quickly and received a phone call to let us know it was ready. He even had it washed! We will be back!
