My experience with the service department: Overall, it was pretty good. I have an EV. The service appointment was on Saturday, but the technician was out. So, they gave me a loaner. They are very helpful and responsive.
2019 Chevrolet Malibu review
I bought my leased Malibu back in 2021 and haven't had a problem with it since then. A few things to know. I used to drive to another state for work every day. Now I only drive about an average of 6-7 miles daily. This, car for what I intended, has been good to me. I work in a chevy service department and see it all. If you're the type that is looking for your car to share some characteristics of vehicles like BMW, don't bother buying this. The CVT has a bulletin from GM that says trans may feel like it's slipping, you may feel hesitations in trans, and a list of other hard to swallow symptoms, but it's ok. The CVT is functioning normally and improve fuel economy these symtoms may appear but it is not a problem. I have had many people overreact and bring the vehicle to me after someone they paid to replace their transmission messed up. It worked fine for a bit but now the car is compromised. I almost overreacted too, but once you get used to the car you realize you're fine. If you believe there's an issue someone out there will take your money to "fix" your problem. My thoughts, it's a good car. I stay on top of my oil changes and recommended maintenance. My only regret is I need all wheel drive where I'm moving and may need to replace it.

CarMax Dulles review
This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

Zarvo MotorsReviews
Zarvo Motors review
Zarvo Motors completely exceeded my expectations and turned what is usually a stressful process into an absolute dream. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. I had been searching for my dream Honda for months, and the team at Zarvo Motors made it their personal mission to ensure I drove home in the exact vehicle I had envisioned. A huge shoutout goes to Ali, who was the first person to guide me through the inventory. He listened intently to exactly what I wanted in my dream Honda, from the specific trim level to the interior features. Ali’s deep knowledge of the vehicle's safety ratings, performance, and tech upgrades was incredibly impressive. He took the time to answer every single one of my questions patiently, making me feel confident and valued as a customer without applying any high-pressure sales tactics. When it came time to talk numbers and finalize the deal, Jason and Zee stepped in to make the magic happen. Jason worked tirelessly to secure a fantastic financing rate that fit perfectly within my budget, ensuring the transition from browsing to buying was entirely seamless. Meanwhile, Zee coordinated the final inspection and detailing, making sure the car was absolutely spotless. Together, Zee and Jason formed a powerhouse team that handled the paperwork with lightning speed and transparency. Thanks to the incredible teamwork at Zarvo Motors, I am now happily driving my dream Honda, and it runs like an absolute charm. The dedication, honesty, and top-tier customer service provided by Ali, Jason, and Zee made this the best car-buying experience of my life. If you are looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers and delivers on its promises, I cannot recommend Zarvo Motors highly enough.

2018 Chevrolet Malibu review
This Malibu 1.5 handles better than any car I've ever have even when in heavy rain. The turbo engine takes off like a rocket to get away from terrible drivers on toll roads. I have extra trunk capacity, leg room, super comfortable. The batteries need to be replaced about every 3 years though. There was a recall on the fuel injection modulator for this year. I had to order the replacement part from a private part store due to a shortage of that replacement part. The dealership installed it for me since they had no part to offer. I have had no other problems with this car, very low maintenance required. It is absolutely beautiful, fantastic, and fun to drive!

DARCARS Ford Kia Lanham review
I rcvd excellent customer service. After a recent hospitalization, to receive the level of empathy from Carlos was comforting, although I was experiencing pain and discomfort as I sat waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Carlos constantly checked on me. It reminded me of how I would constantly check on my patients, as a frontline worker. Even his voice sounded different, There was an added layer of concern and I might add that he always established eye contact, and he waited for a response. All I can say is that Carlos's full demeanor impacted me tremendously. People may not always remember what you do or say...but they WILL remember how you make/made you feel. Carlos is an asset to Darcars, I sure hope you all make him feel he's a valuable employèe.😊

I have had this approximately 4 years now. and the only problem I have ever had is that it does not always recognize that I am in Park when I am shutting down the engine.

2023 Chevrolet Malibu review
We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Beyer Kia of Falls Church review
I always feel confidant that my car will come back in great shape fro these folks! They are attentive, they ask smart questions and I always feel happy with the answers and the results of my service with them. The best part is my car is clean and ready to go when they contact me to pick it up. I refuse to go any where else for service!

I can't say enough great things about Woodbridge Auto auction!! I love them they gave me the greatest deal ever my SUV I bought a Land Rover is excellent I just get stopped all the time by people telling me how beautiful my SUV is. Billy, Armando Gayton, Theo Kay, Cheryl and the entire are funny professional great considerate helpful and go over and beyond the call of duty to make sure that you're happy and you leave with nothing but smiles on your face! Theo thank for spending you 19 children's weeks lunch money getting me around when my. Lyft app kept messing up . When I hit the lottery chicken wings and tic tacs for everybody I promise! . 2018 Chevrolet Malibu review
Over the years I have driven different cars. I had Malibus in 1974, 1977 and came back to the Malibu in 2014 and now have a 2018. It is my favorite car and is just the right size for me and family members. Drives nice and is good on gas. I get compliments on my 2018 model. I call myself malibu Man.

CarMax Virginia Beach review
The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.
2019 Chevrolet Malibu review
Terez Porter was the best salesman who promised and delivered A1 service from beginning to end. Kind courteous and patient. He answered all of our questions. Wonderful experience. I would recommend this place a thousand times over!! We enjoyed working with Terez Porter and Eric Duncan. They were very professional, and patient, and took care of all our questions/concerns. I highly recommend Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and FIAT of Concord!!!
