I emailed them on a car to look at. They called to explain the car isn't available as major problems and going to auction. Then he offered other vehicles trying to help me find a used car I may be interested in. At the time, they didn't have a car; but so appreciated how they reached out to me.
I was over my mileage on my last truck, they put me in a new truck for not much more!! they did not have to, and the team in Oshkosh went way above and beyond what is normal to help me Thanks

The original battery in my 2012 Equinox died Thursday night. Dropped it off Friday morning, before they were open, w/o an appt. Even though they were busy, they put a new one in and it was ready before noon. I was very grateful for their quick service.
