Arlington Heights Buick GMC review
From the moment my husband and I pulled into the dealership, we were welcomed with genuine smiles and a true desire to help us find what we were looking for. Within minutes, Cesar greeted us, took us to one of the cars we were interested in, and had us test driving. Needless to say, we were happy to make our purchase there. Cesar was fabulous with communication and showed us every feature before we drove off the lot. I felt well taken care of and ready to use my vehicle. Thanks for the awesome service!
2018 Chevrolet Malibu Hybrid review
This is the first hybrid I have ever purchased, but not the first I've ever driven. The Malibu hybrid is great for the price. The car has all the tech I need, rides well and quite, and handles better than expected. I do wish the seat belts could be adjusted up and down, for grab handles on the interior roof, and ac seats. A primer hybrid edition would also be great. (Are you listening Chevy?) Also if you want to achieve the stated MPG you should use cruise control whenever possible, and take it easy on the gas pedal. I would buy another one again without thinking twice.

Good deal with the car I bought but service and waiting time could be improved. I uploaded all the documentation online to avoid long time at the dealer but I had to show them again, 3 hrs waiting to get the car ready. No so good at all...

2018 Chevrolet Malibu Hybrid review
I'm saving so much on gas and it is far more comfortable than other hybrids. When looking for a hybrid, I found most of them look like "mom cars". The Malibu Hybrid is NOT the case! It has a fierce exterior and in interior built for a family with teenagers. Very impressed!

Dealership a little slow on responding to a meeting although the personnel were very personable when we met. I just wish they had pointed out that the car did not have adaptive cruise control or heads up display which evidently came with the upgraded version.

2018 Chevrolet Malibu Hybrid review
2018 Malibu hybrid - the car lives up to all expectations. I have had it for little over a month now, 1600 miles so far. The dealer where I bought it had several of them with a very sizeable discount, about $10 K off the sticker. Mine has leather interior and glass roof all the way to the back seats- love it. The good: The car looks great inside and outside. Very comfortable, quiet ride. Simple, intuitive, easy to operate center console. Lane keep assist - gentle and unobtrusive. Fuel economy - on my 20 mile commute with 25 traffic lights my average MPG are in the upper 40s, as advertised. On some trips in the 50s. That said, beware- the MPGs suffer a lot once you turn on a heater or AC, much more so than on the gas powered car, because engine needs to run a lot more just to make heat, circulate water and/or drive ac compressor. This is so in all hybrids. Worst case, on days like that the hybrid just becomes a car with a pretty decent fuel economy in the upper 30s. Few shortcomings: you won't like it if you need strong pick-up off the stop and zippy drive- this one doesn't have it. Collision sensor - first few times it came on (was set too sensitive) it almost freaked me out. Then I turned the sensitivity down some, it got better. Another area where a slight improvement may be needed is when you come out of a turn, if you release the steering wheel hoping that the car will straighten out itself, it will just continue driving in a circle. I need to guide the car through the turn all the way. Also, does not have either a CD player or thumb drive USB port. Has radio, including XM, and can connect a phone, which I haven't bothered to do yet. Doesn't have a spare tire, unlike some competing full size sedans (Camry and I think Accord hybrids). Overall none of it is that big a deal for me.

They were friendly and reasonable throughout the experience. While I was disappointed there turned out to be only one key (used Outlander), the salesperson made it right in a way that kept me feeling OK about everything, and I now have two keys. The car is the best ride we've ever had. Very versatile on fitting up to 7 without being massive to drive around.
