Bought this truck several years ago - 2012 and it drives excellent! Pulled a 20 ft boat and trailer to the bay with no problem. It is a little tricky to maneuver around short turns.

Just made my final payment on a 2015 Hyundai. no problems with this car.. it was the 3rd i bought an s10 pickup and a Chevy silverado.. still have 2 and have been lucky all have not caused me any trouble.. when you buy a used car you do the same as Freddy you take a chance your car was well taken care of, and just as we take the word of Freddy or Bobby they have taken the word from where they got them.. They are fair and HONEST people..

I’ve owned my 2012 Silverado for 6 years and 115K miles. Previous owner took good care of it. I tow a 7000 lb camper, no problem. Minor repairs totaling about $3K over 6 years. Maintenance on time and washed often. Clean and dependable. GREAT truck.

Just traded in my 2002 Ram with 215k Miles for a 2012 Silverado. Previous owner kept it garaged, so it looks like new. It has 138k miles, but with the front mounted tow bar, most of those miles have been flat towing. Nice interior, leather has held up well with no tears or stains. Back up camera display is 1/3 of rear view mirror, state of the art in 2012. Steering is a little clunky, due to the wide off road tires, this will change with some sensible all-season radials. Not nearly as much interior hidden storage compartments as the Ram, but the upgrade makes up for that. Happy with the truck so far.

Some of the nicest cars I have seen on a preowned car lot. As soon as I walked in I felt welcome and made a part of their family. I have purchased 3 cars for myself and all 3 of my children have purchased their vehicles there as well. Always a great experience. Their Sales person Mikey is funny looking but one of the kindest honest straightforward sales person I have worked with and met. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a vehicle.

I read the previous reviews carefully and was concerned since I was planning on flying from South Carolina to pick up a vehicle of the year and make I had been looking for. I worked primarily with Dave, he was honest and forthright on the condition of the truck. He even took extra photos of some dents the listing might not have shown. The price was very good, and though I wanted it for less, they were willing to negotiate, so we both got a good deal. Nate, the owner was easy to work with and walked me through Oregon DMV procedures since I was from South Carolina. Everything was straightforward and above board. Dave even picked me up from the airport. Nate offered to assist me with the title should there be problems with Oregon DMV processing the new title. All in all...a very good transaction. I drove the truck 2400 miles in 3 days and had absolutely NO PROBLEMS (1998 Toyota Tacoma). I would recommend this dealership if they have what you're looking for.

I never purchased a car like this without ever test driving it or seeing it in person, but they made the whole purchasing process as easy as can be for me. Friendly staff, not too pushy; however, Buyer Beware -- they do a great job making a car look great both in pictures and in person, but the car we bought turned out to have nearly non-existent brakes, badly worn rotors, and, unfortunately, engine damage from having been run with little to no oil in the past. We checked the oil in the parking lot, looked new and topped off, and no signs of leaking. Didn't check the exhaust pipe, however, which would have given a clue to the amount of oil the engine was (is) burning. We discovered this upon getting a 120K mile service interval one week *after* purchase from XDrive -- they pulled the oil filter and there was a TON of metal shavings in it, and we soon discovered that its burning oil at the rate of approx. one quart per gas tank or six hours of driving time. Only way to have found this was to have it checked by a mechanic *before* purchase.

Ken and his team were fantastic. They bought a great car at a great price. I drove it home, 900 miles with absolutely no issues.

A little over a week later... CHECK ENGINE light comes on... you can imagine the feeling! Long story short- ROYAL AUTOMOTIVE has your back!!! Dan immediately showed support and customer backing... And what turned out to be something absolutely no one could imagine happening to a low mileage truck- blown head gasket/potential cracked cylinder! They not only fixed this unfortunate and unforeseen issue, but completely replaced it within one week of the check engine light! WOW!! Dan and Royal Automotive put a new engine for me...completely covered!! This place truly wants to not only see you happy, but keep you happy for the future. I can honestly say for such a big issue on a new-used vehicle, I am as happy as a customer could possibly be. I WILL refer him to friends and family, and I WILL purchase from them again! 5+ years ago I leased and serviced a car from them. My experience was great. I since bought a car elsewhere and went to a couple of other places to get it serviced due to where I worked. I wish I would have stayed at Runde. One of the places I went to was a dealership in Dubuque. They were horrible. I highly recommend Runde! They pick up your car even just for an oil change, they are organized, and remember the mileage sticker in the window. They are so pleasant to work with. I was looking for an SUV for my daughter and stopped by Kars to test drive a few cars. The first one was a little rough but we found a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer that we really liked. The staff was very friendly and gave us a competitive price. We have only had it a week but so far it is a nice car. I would recommend this dealership if you are looking for an older car for a pretty good price.
