No pressure, simply gave us information but didn’t push.
Financially, the cost and terms were surprisingly reasonable.
As exciting as it sounds, buying a vehicle can actually brings a huge anxiety and frustration. Perhaps like many others, I dreaded going to any dealership and talking to any car-sales person. This dealership (King Chevy in Longmont) totally changed my perspective! We test-drove the same car more than once, asked many questions and took our sweet time to think about. Through the entire process, everyone was very respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I did not feet pressured, tricked or manipulated. My thanks to David, Roberto, Mike, and especially the Finance guy (Tim?). I am glad that we have an exceptional dealership in Longmont!
Needed a used car and we found it there at King and Richard our salesman was real real good at getting the car cleaned up service and in out the doors so we just we thank them for a good experience thanks
We were nervous going in because every other dealership we stopped at tried to pressure us. King was the opposite, they showed us the cars we were interested in, let us test drive, and we ended up loving one. Amazing service all around!
We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
I was surprised when hesitated about car original cause and what part got repaired but Jacob was upfront with the details. Overall very good experience. Excellent customer service and friendly, courteous staff.
I have been doing business with Len Lyall for about 12 years and I highly recommend them. From the buying experience to service, the team and Len Lyall has always made the buying part fun and by providing great service at a great value, the service end is painless as well. I would not think of buying a vehicle anywhere else....but Len Lyall. Their tag line is true, drive East and pay the least, and I have friends who come from several other states to also buy from Len Lyall. Dan Johnson, the GM knows how to take care of the customer.
I pulled in and was trying to find my coupon on my phone and the lady directing me in got irritated. I'm sorry but if you have a hang over don't take it out on me. Then I showed the coupon for $19.95 for an oil change before repairs started. No mention of my car taking different oil. Don't send me a coupon if it's not applicable. Must just apply to old cars. Service was great and timely but when I went to pay I was charged $45. I told the clerk I had a coupon for $19.95 so she charged me $35 instead. Thanks to Dan I got the $19.95 price. My family has bought several cars from Len Lyall. Three of my son's, myself and a friend we recommended. A total of about nine trucks and cars, most new. I recommend Dan for Sales but I won't be coming back unless I have to. The customer service person cheered up a little when I got back. I'm sorry if you don't like customers, work from home.
I was searching for a replacement vehicle and had a used one in mind. I wanted something similar in size and performance to the one being replaced. I found this Ford on the website and decided it was worth a look. The process - from start to finish - took less time than I thought and that's always a good thing.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Rex King and his people are unbelievable, Tyler and Scott in the service department have bent over backwards to make sure that I was taken care of because of a hit and run accident I was having problems.
But they did not give up. Kudo's to the repair person that did all of the hard work as well. Also the sales department went out of their way to help me as well. Why would you go anywhere else, this is the BEST....
