Ricardo is one of the most honest people I’ve ever dealt with in car buying. He went above and beyond just to make sure I was 100% comfortable. The whole process couldn’t have been smoother, and it’s all because of him. Super trustworthy team too. Thank you so much for my beautiful ride.

They definitely deserve 5 stars for the customer service. What I appreciated most was that they never pressured me into buying anything just to make a sale. I was taken care of and even made my family feel welcome while they were with me.

Great experience, super professional. I love my car
2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

Faraj Auto Traders Inc.Reviews
Faraj Auto Traders Inc. review
We were looking for a used car for our daughter and went through the tedious process of calling every lead we saw and driving to numerous dealers. Dealer after dealer told us stories of how perfect the cars were until we took them to a mechanic to find serious issues that were never disclosed. Frustrating to say the least. Then my husband came across a vehicle at Faraj and spoke with Mark. He had a great feeling about the car and the place....and literally sent me a text "I think we found our car" (before I even saw the car!) I went to see the car in personal immediately and was so impressed with everything I saw and heard from Mark and his co-worker Zee. Both were so professional, honest and trustworthy which was so refreshing based on what we had recently experienced. And to top things off...the car was pretty awesome too! It was exactly what we were looking for. There were a few things that need fixing and Mark did everything to make us happy and satisfied...within the time frame he promised. The attention to detail and follow up was so appreciated. Once the paperwork was signed, we left feeling like we had a safe car for our daughter at a fair price from a very reliable dealer. I personally would not go to any other place to purchase a used car in the future. Thank you again Mark and Zee!

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

I would recommend this dealership to everyone. The customer service I continue to receive from service to sales is above most. Keep up the wonderful customer service. I am a long time client and highly recommend. The service department ladies are always so friendly and courteous. Also the older gentleman that greets you when you arrive with your car is beyond friendly. Always a smiling face. In a world full of people who aren't friendly anymore it is just so refreshing to be greeted by your workers smiling faces. Thank you.

2012 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
Bought this truck several years ago - 2012 and it drives excellent! Pulled a 20 ft boat and trailer to the bay with no problem. It is a little tricky to maneuver around short turns.

Another Great Job by Dave and the entire service department!
2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 and simply love my truck. It now has 110,000 miles and the only repairs I needed were a water pump under warranty at 99,000 miles and brake system that needed to be upgraded. It's comfortable and drives like a car. This is my 6th Silverado truck. You can't go wrong.

2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
Recently purchased and as of now, love it. Multiple driving modes, diesel, tow haul, engine brake, navigation, lane assist, zr2 pkg. Love the fuel mileage of 26mpg for a full sized truck. Nothing bad to say yet about this truck. Very pleased.

2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I recently purchased a 2026 Chevy Silverado LT Z71 Crew Cab Trail Boss, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The truck looks incredible, rides smoothly, and has all the power and capability I was looking for. If you’re considering a new truck, I highly recommend the 2026 Silverado LT Z71 Crew Cab Trail Boss.

Schumacher ChevroletReviews
Schumacher Chevrolet review
My entire vehicle purchase experience was extremely positive from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the showroom, the sales team was attentive, patient, and professional. They answered every question I had thoroughly and honestly, and truly took the time to help me find the right model and options for my needs. I never felt pressured and was able to make my decision at my own pace. The pricing and financing process was also very transparent ? I didn't encounter any surprise costs at any stage. During delivery, all of the vehicle's features were explained in detail, which made me feel much more confident getting started with the car. Working with such a friendly and professional team made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to others.
2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
What I am most satisfied with is its color. This matte silver color is matched with silver wheels, which is really unique. The matte texture is very good, and the personality is low-key but full of connotation. I just like not to follow the crowd.
