Seamus and Dustin, with the help of Chad as well, made trading our 2015 Sierra SLT for a new 2017 Sierra Denali Ultimate not only quick and easy, but it was very enjoyable and we appreciated truly being treated as a guest and not just another potential buyer. Seamus went out of his way to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our purchase. As long as the Lupient team continues to deliver the personal touch, we will be Lupient loyal.
I went to this dealership to buy a used car. However it didn't work out for me. I wasn't able to leave with a new car at that moment due to my own circumstances. The service was still exceptional and courteous. Very welcoming environment and straight to the business. I do plan on going back soon, when my unfortunate circumstances change. After driving for 4 days from Oregon on our way to Wisconsin, oil life in our Verano was at 4% when we reached Rochester, so we decided to stop at the dealership where we bought our car in 2013 to see if they would be able to do an oil change while we waited. Even though it was after three PM this was not an issue and we were on our way, with a clean car to boot, in less than an hour. The technician also mentioned that our air filter was looking dirty and replaced it.
I was so impressed with Lupient and their service department. The salesman who sold me my car (then called Viking) was very nice and helpful. He made the buying experience easy and painless. Lupient's service department cannot be beat. Brian is always friendly, helpful, and professional. He answers any questions I have and takes care of any general maintenance on my car. Everyone in the service department works hard to help me feel like I'm a person and not just another car. We were so impressed that when we went shopping for a truck for my husband, the first and only place we went was Lupient!
I found my specific Ford Edge online and emailed the dealership to set up a viewing. Everything went so smoothly. It had been many years since I purchased a new car. David Bailey was right there to show me this Edge and answer all my questions which made it easy to buy it with confidence and feel good about the sale.

For me car shopping at Kuehn Motors in Rochester is best described as "Car Buying for Dummies". Tom Dawson did everything possible & more to assure my experience at the dealership was stress free & totally informative. Tom is knowledgeable, exudes honesty & certainly is not the stereotypical car salesman.
Nate was great to work with. He was very informative and did not pressure us at all. We got a good trade in price for my Mazda. I will miss it but I am definitely going to love all the extras the Murano has. Thanks to Cameron and John as well.
We test drove the Dodge Durango 2017, I told Nate what I wanted, and that we wanted to stay within a price payment we are comfortable with. It was worth it. Nate was patience with us and let us try different cars until I knew what I wanted. Jennifer was so nice and went through all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Explained about the options. I came to Rochester,MN from China 2 weeks ago. And I want to buy a used car. I searched on cars.com. Then I found a 2012 Nissan Rogue SV w/SL PKg matched my budget and needs. I contacted with Nate to appoint a drive test. He is very nice. When my friends and I got to the dealership, he was serving for another customer.He took us to have a look at that Nissan Rogue. We are satisfied with that car . After Nate finished the business with the first customer, he took me to have a test drive.However, during the test drive, the car started to shake when I give gas. There seems to be some problems with the engine.Nate guided me back to the dealership safely. He said they would check the car carefully and then informed me. After they found out the problem, I can decide if I still want to buy this car. Thanks Nate Kolstad, for your patience.
I was looking for a car and my dad found this 2006 Pontiac G6 thanks to Nate! He helped us out through the whole process and kept my dad very up to date with the process since the car itself wasn???t even there yet! The day it came in he worked with my dad and I (even while the whole day I was working and only able to communicate in brief moments) so that we could get the best experience with them and get the car.
