I took my 2017 Camaro SS 1LE to Premiere for a squeaky noise coming from the back end. It took them a few days to figure out exactly what was causing the noise but they finally figured out it was a bad strut and they replaced it under warranty. Jeff was great to work with and easy to talk to. I???ll continue to do business with Premiere.

I ran into some issues w my bank because of the age and milage of the jeep I wanted. The bank didn't want to finance it. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Great management team and Kim in finance was more than courteous. My salesman, Roger, could not seem to follow through on keeping his word. He was to follow up with me again on 1 last issue. Of course I haven't heard from him since.
