Was in the market for a new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk and dealt with Cole Mueller. Cole did a great job and found us the exact color and equipment we wanted. Great deal too! Highly recommend this dealer and will return for our next new car.
L5P Duramax has no comparisons

I’ve owned Ford and Dodge diesels in the past, nothing compares to the L5P. The truck is comfortable, quiet and has an impressive torque range. Have not had it long enough to gauge mileage, so far it compares to the LML when it was new.

In march 2017 I purchased a 2011 Chevy Silverado Lt From Fillback. The sales staff, management, shop, everyone. There made my experience a great a great one. I drove my truck to Phoenix Arizona and had a smooth comfortable ride. My fuel mileage was phenomenal at 17.5 at 70mph

Very unreliable truck.

Bought this truck new. It only has 60,000 miles in 7 years. Everything works fine except for the DEF system for the diesel engine. It's been in shop 4 times for DEF sensors and each time cost me around $500 to $900 dollars to get it fixed. I will not drive too far from home because never know when the sensors will break. Never buy another chevrolet diesel.
Brake Pads Warranty Work - very good about getting it done in a timely manner.
Best truck I've owned

Besides the gas mileage being extremely low due to being a gas truck it was worked extremely well for my family. Pulled my camper fully loaded and the bed filled. On long drives was very comfortable not just for me but my passengers also. World but this truck again but might go for the Diesel upgrade.
Always get the best deals at Jones Chevrolet Buick! Very happy with my purchase of my 2019 Buick Envision. Will be back soon for my mud flaps!

First.....and last diesel, as this one will last. 100k now, and drives like new. Tows my rv like a dream. Expensive, but you do get what you pay for. My Silverado 1500 gasser was good, but not for towing in the mountain passes. This beast is built to tow! Keeping everything stock for now.
It was a great experience. The dealer worked with me in every aspect. He answered all my questions and ask several times if I had anymore questions. I would recommend people to go there. They have good client customer relationships.
Has good and bad points

The truck is a little under powered. There are some rattles that should not be there. The hook up for the safety chains and receiver for the hitch are a 1 or 2 out of 5. The ride is quite comfortable.
I was in need of a new car for college. After spending a whole summer searching I found the perfect car at Jones. The website was very helpful in the beginning and when I called to set up a test drive Logan was super helpful as well.
loved truck until the DEF system started failing!

After 120,000 miles the DEF system started failing, with the cost of this truck GM should correct this flaw which continue to plague many of the customers owning these trucks,
It was amazing!! You guys always do an amazing job on my car! Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and my car!
Great Diesel Truck

Very comfortable interior for a HD truck. I have almost 200,000 miles on it (all original) and have never had to do anything more than regular maintenance. Fuel economy is surprisingly high (17/22) and it tows like a dream. The interior plastic panels on the dash are the biggest headache and have cracked. The Duramax is a highly reliable and powerful power plant.
good service , good products , friendly people, good value , we feel they do everything possible to take care of our needs
Unreliable diesel truck
by Franks2006chevy from LOS ANGELES

The 2500 hd gas version is reliable. However the 2500 diesel version is unreliable. My father had a 2014 chevy silverado 2500hd with the duramax engine. It broke down often. He hardly used it for work. Mostly just for weekends to go out . Never pulled ,towed or hauled anything with it. The reason he finally got rid of it was after the fuel system had a problem and it ended up damaging the internal parts of the engine . Factory warranty paid $8k to fix it. Luckily it was still under the 36k miles. So stay away from these duramax engines. The only reliable duramax engines are the ones made in 2006 .
Nick was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
Expensive to repair
by T_Dub from Lehi, UT

When it runs right it’s not a bad truck. It’s comfortable on trips and looks good. How ever it is painfully expensive to have repaired. 90% of shop won’t even work on diesels and the ones that do charge a lot.
