Truck looks and runs like a dream. Of course, I only have 2,000 miles on it. If this truck gives me 150000 miles without anything major then it’s a win, win. I have a good feeling about it. Time will tell.

I had a fantastic experience buying my new car from Chase Kipp at Herndon Chevrolet in Lexington. He was easy to work with, understanding, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. I never felt pressured, and he took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. If you're looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Chase. I was so happy with my experience that I've already recommended him to several of my friends. Great customer service from start to finish!

Purchased a new Ford escape today. We were immediately met by a wonderful sales person named AJ Johnson. She was extremely helpful and helping my wife and I find the perfect car. The weather was terrible. It was cold and raining but it didn't stop AJ from going out into the lot and bringing back cars for us to test drive. She was very knowledgeable in numerous vehicles, and answered all our questions. She made us feel very comfortable. On a scale of one to 10, AJ was a perfect 10.

Got a great deal on my new Traverse RS AWD. Roger Bolton was great to work with. Smooth transaction... no pressure... none from the sales manager or anyone involved with the transaction. Even the finance guy didn't try to pressure me into buying addons. Very refreshing to find a dealership that's so easy to buy a vehicle from! Thank you Mr. H and your team at Hendrick Chevrolet for making the car buying process so easy!

If you get this truck , you need sulastic shocks . You’ll thank me later. No more bouncing and hitting your head on the ceiling. That is the single complaint I have. Other than that it’s the best thing ever. Even with the low tech. I have 90k miles on my 2021 duramax and it drives like new.

I came in with check engine light on, Marcus has always been straight forward and on the ball whenever I have come for routine maintenance or the rare out of left field challenge. He was able to give me a rough timeframe when the mechanic would be able diagnose the problem and kept me posted all the way through. Every experience I have had at Herndon Chevrolet has been of the upmost example of professionalism. GOOD JOB! Thank you for keeping me on the road.

The most reliable truck you can ever put your money on. Don’t even bother thinking about comparing it with Dodge or Ford. Most reliable engine, zero electrical issues, minimal maintenance and smoothest ride. Love every single bit of my boy…

2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 review
Have had my Chevrolet for one year and it is without doubt the best I've ever owned. Around town I get 18 mpg and on the road averaging 25 mpg with the Duramax diesel. Can fill up before my long trip and can go almost 600 miles before having to refill. Haul tons of hay constantly and it's like its not even there and the diesel brake makes stopping a breeze. Set cruise control and it will hold that speed up or down hill with the engine brake on. Love it, highly recommend it!

I had a great experience buying a used vehicle thinking since I was buying used I would not be valued but I was pleasantly surprised having Erwin as my Sells Rep he gave me and my wife a great experience . There was no pressure to buy but listened to our expectations of the vehicle we were purchasing. Same goes for the Finance guy whom I regret I don’t know how to pronounce his name ( my fault not his). He was professional and there was no pressure to buy anything we said we didn’t want. We plan on buying from this dealership again.

This Truck is for Farm and Liesure use. We take it everywhere. Hwy, City, Country Roads, Fields. I haven't had a problem yet with this truck. Pulls a 3 panel Weekender with ease. Don't really realize it is back there. I've had alot of compliements on this truck. Chevrolet has never let me down. This truck will last us for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this truck if you own a ranch, farm, or travel alot. Go Chevy!!

What an experience! From the moment we stepped into the dealership, everything was great! Ask for Tabatha! "If you are looking for a stress-free, seamless, and actually enjoyable car-buying experience, look no further! From the moment we walked into the dealership, the atmosphere was welcoming. Tabatha, our salesperson provided absolutely awesome service from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel pressured. Her professionalism and genuinely warm attitude turned what is usually a stressful process into an absolute breeze. The entire team at the dealership was great, Brooke, the salesperson who finalized our deal also went above and beyond to ensure we drove away happy. These ladies were the absolute BEST! THANK YOU, for making this a memorable experience!

2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 review
Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.

Herlong had a great selection of Silverado 1500?s and offered me unbelievable savings. By the time I was ready to make a deal, they had taken nearly $10K off the sticker price, and gave me high end KBB value for my trade. I was able to buy the brand new truck of my dreams at a very affordable price. Thank you Herlong!! I am a very satisfied customer.

Jones Buick GMC (Sumter) review
I've bought a number of vehicles through Jones Buick/GMC. It's the experience that brings us back. Beautiful facility, great salespeople and the service department is the best there is - period! Just tell them what car you want and they'll find it. Once you get it, they'll keep it running! I don't go anywhere else
