Did my research and knew the value of my trade as well as fair market value of the suv I was interested in. Expected a fight to reach a fair deal. Robert Corbett was are salesman and things went great. For the first time I walked out not thinking "what happened" but was pleased that the deal was so smooth with no regrets. My husband & I had been looking for a SUV and saw a Chevy Tahoe at Xtreme on a Sunday afternoon. I had sent a email requesting more information and heard back first thing Monday morning. Our questions were answered and we set up a time to test drive. While we were there we noticed one spot that we asked about. With not hesitation Laura said they could get it into the body shop to be corrected either before we picked it up or they could schedule something later if we wanted to take it home sooner. I was working out of town for work so they ended up getting it into the body shop the next day. While I was out of town I was sent pictures of the body work and we picked it up that weekend! It's the perfect vehicle and the process was seamless! We will definitely be recommending Xtreme to family & friends! :)
I went into Elhart Hyundai to get a new vehicle and Junior took great care of me while we were getting me into the vehicle I wanted. Caryn was wonderful as she got me a loan with a great interest rate. I could not be happier. They even followed up to make sure things are good with the new vehicle.

I had been to 3 or 4 lots prior to coming to Xtreme and never felt comfortable with any of the staff or managers. Brian and Laura at Xtreme were different. They actually listened to our concerns and found the perfect truck for our needs. We always name our vehicles and have decided to name our Big Blue Dodge Dakota Ram Horn......Laura. Sorry Brian. Find us that Honda or Toyota for Jill and we will name it after you.

I sent 3 family members there and after 35k in sales, they offered me a $100.00 My son referred his sister and got $200 for a $6,500.00 sale didn't come out right I didn't think..(its the point be fair)
I was very pleased to see EA's inventory and found a great car. I found that almost every car on the lot was considerably overpriced based upon the KBB value. The car I wanted was about $2,000 over the KBB value and we were unable to make a deal. Terry was very helpful and responsive. I ended up finding a similar car at a much better price elsewhere.
These folks helped me out immensely. I currently have very poor credit but they helped me thru it and got me into the car I was looking at. Would def. recommend them for buying a used car. Friendly no pressure atmosphere.
George and britny were awesome on our purchase of our car. Even the finance lady was superb...they all walked us through everything....and even gave us great pointers on rebuilding our credit. John Kaminski was extremely helpful from the first time I was in to just even look at options for a truck that I did not expect to get until further down the road but within a a month or two I found I needed a new vehicle sooner than expected. He was great with helping find a truck and opened me up to options I had never even considered before. He was able to set me up with new tires and extra after waiting a week for a sensor to be repaired (the wait was not their fault it was out sourced places issue). He helped make sure my sister who referred me got her referral money and was cool to just talk with about things we had in common and I will be coming to see him for my next vehicle as well. I should note Matt was very helpful in John's absence on one day inparticular.
This facility went above and beyond. I arrived with a car problem and no appointment. They were quick to respond, identify the problem, arrange to have the repairs completed and get me into a loaner car so I could get to work. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
This was my first visit to this dealership so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was introduced to my salesman James Stevens who made me feel at ease with his low pressure approach. We arrived at what I considered a fair price on both the sale and my trade-in. I had a misunderstanding about some aspects of the closing but Scott Baker stepped in and made sure I fully understood the process which then proceeded to my complete satisfaction. Beautiful dealership with lots to choose from. I would be happy to do business with them again.
