2012 Chevrolet Sonic review
I had my Sonic for 8 years, and lost her to a T-bone collision. I was hit by a small SUV going about 60 mph. It took EMTs 30 minutes and the Jaws of Life to free me from the wreckage. The only severe injury I had was a broken left fibula. Not shattered, just a trauma break. My Ortho was amazed! He actually asked me about the car, so he could look into it for his teenager. He said that type of crash usually results in multiple breaks and shattering on the side of impact. He told me that I am incredibly lucky and that my Sonic is 100% the reason I am not paralyzed or worse! I would recommend to anyone with safety concerns!

Much Better Than Expected! Worth the Drive. Purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna I drove several hours to this dealership to check out a specific 2014 Toyota Sienna—and I’m really glad I did. My salesperson, Chris, was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely honest. He answered all of my questions quickly and clearly, and was very personable without being pushy. The car was exactly as described, and the buying process was smooth. A day after I brought the Sienna home, the check engine light came on. I was obviously concerned since the sale was already finalized, but Chris immediately told me to bring it back in. The dealership diagnosed it as a faulty sensor and replaced it on the spot with OEM parts at no cost. That kind of post-sale support is rare, and really impressed me—they stood by their product 100%. One thing to note: there are dealership fees totaling about $1,400, which in my case were not negotiable, HOWEVER, the fees do include services like LoJack protection and a paint/interior protectant, so there’s actual value provided—not just markup. Also, if you look at the bottom of the ad, the dealership does mention that they are included. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience. The car is running great, the team was professional, and Chris went above and beyond. My experience was much more positive than the online reviews led me to expect. If you're considering buying from this dealership, I highly recommend reaching out to Chris!

Deery Brothers Iowa City hands down has the best service department that is around, never have i seen so many people go above and beyond to take care of a customer and do it as fast as possible to get you back in your vehicle. I have been to many dealerships in my time and never have I been able to genuinely take my car in and forget that it is in for service, mostly because I know they are going to keep me updated and send pictures and or video showing the issues that I brought it in for even if its a issue that I did not even know was there all because they do a multipoint inspection on every vehicle that they get. Saftey is the biggest thing that someone should want for themselves or there family. I know when I do buissness here at deery thats what Ill get. The service manager alex is beyond one of the nices people I have ever met, but He has a Lane Manager Zeke who will always choose customers over company and will fight tooth and nail to make sure he gives his all and to make sure you leave a happy customer.
