I have driven this Suburban 2500 since it was new in 2013 and it has a comfortable ride, 4 wheel drive for the snow and ice, and has a trailering package for those times when pulling a trailer is necessary. It has always been garaged and has no rust.

Got back to me on a timely fashion and unfortunately I didn’t get the check in time I wasn’t able to purchase the vehicle in time from them because insurance was running slow. Otherwise it was a great experience and he got the information I was looking for.

We've had this car for 7 years and have enjoyed having it as our family/ vacation/ road trip ride. Very reliable and great for kids and road trips. Regular maintenance is all we've done. Very well built.

This dealership is the greatest in the metro Detroit MI and around the Toledo OH areas. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate on a 2025 Hybrid Toyota Camry. This dealership was the only one that would negotiate with me. It was also the nicest dealership. I negotiated with them on 1/27/25. That is a time period when dealerships should negotiate. Dealerships make bonuses based on monthly quotas, incentives, etc. Sales people are normally only commission pay in the car sales business. If they don't rnake there quota they need to pay back the dealership for a pro ration of there quota shortage. Please learn about commission only payment for employees. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate pricing on the camry. This dealership answered my many questions. They didn't push me to come into there dealership. They respected my request to communicate via only by email (until I was ready to make a phone call to the dealership). They still do not phone me after I phoned them and honored my communicate by just email. I didn't agree with a charge dealerships gives to customers. This dealership was the only one negotiable on that charge. When I received my new vehicle the tank was filled up with gas. It was also very clean. They also threw in some options with my negotiated price. Don't waste much time calling other dealerships. This dealership is the only one that will give you respect. This dealership is the only one that will be negotiable. The other dealerships did not even want to give me $1.00 off the price. Also, the dealership will give you the out the door price. The dealership will not do the usual games of pushing you for "what do you want for a monthly payment". Also, I wasn't lied to by this dealership. I caught at least one lie from one person at every other dealership. Normally, if i were talking to more than one person it would be at least one lie per person per dealership. I also shopped at dealerships for a used vehicle this past summer. i followed the same procedures. all of the same things happened to me this past summer. it is very sad and sick. sadly, in the summer time page toyota didn't have my sought after vehicle. after my experience in the summertime i was exhausted from the horrible experiences. i have to shop so that is why i'm back shopping for a vehicle. I've had this SUV for the past 6 1/2 years and it has been very reliable. Plenty of leg room for 7 passengers. New transmission and tires recently done.

We had a wonderful car buying experience (no, seriously) at Grantz. We had been shopping for Jeep Wranglers for some time, and Grantz had the best deal on a Jeep in great condition. Lee was very easy to work with. He was very communicative and responsive; and he even knocked $500 off the price without our even asking, just because we had driven all the way up from Houston. This was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. I would not hesitate to drive back to Lumberton to buy from them again.

This is my second van I purchased here. My first one was a 1996 Aerostar back in 2015 and it was really clean and drove nice. I never had major issues. It was best experience and best used vehicle I got. It ended up getting t boned in little less than year having it. I was happy to have found another van there. I called and asked if they had vans. The one they had was higher priced than what I could get. Brandon told me he was getting one next day. When I talked to him on phone about it, it sounded like it would be a great van. I am happy to have made my purchase there. I have had great customer service experience from there. Also when you walk away making a purchase, you are happy with vehicle and walk away without regret. I recommend anyone to purchase from Auto Direct. The vehicles are clean, great customer service, and great vehicles. I was very happy to make a second purchase here. I shopped around at few places also recently. I was happy they were getting a van for my price range and very confident on the quality of it. I have three children and this van will tremendously help.

I would give Jake and his team the highest marks possible for a used vehicle purchase from a dealership. I found a vehicle that met my needs that was in great condition at a fair price. I flew to Idaho from the mid-west US and drove it back 2000 miles without issue. They were very responsive to all my questions in the process of investigating the vehicle and they were very upfront about the condition of the vehicle. I looked at several other trucks on their lot while I was there and it appeared all of them were low mileage, rust free trucks in excellent condition. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them again and in fact I plan to do so in the next year or so.

The guys at Stewart were great to deal with. They offered to help me finance if needed and looked at a couple things I was worried about. The price was the best I had found anywhere. Great to deal with!!

After driving my dying 2002 Subaru into Candor's lot back in December 2023, I bought a beautiful Hyundai Elantra SE from Bruce. That car was perfect. 35 days later i got rearended and it was totaled. The insurance adjuster's value was, to put it kindly, not in my favor. A little disheartened and disappointed, i headed back to see Bruce at Candor. He told me not to worry, and that he'll take care of me. Today I drove out with a car i didn't think i could afford in my wildest dreams. Candor Auto is not just a car dealship. By far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. No pressure to buy. Actually told me I could test drive a few to make sure I get what I truly needed. Daniel was amazing very patient while we waited for insurance to switch. Very through goin over contract payment ect to make sure I could afford it and not working just to pay my car note. Washed it filled it up w fuel before he'd even let me take it. That alone says alot being it an explorer and gas to fill it was a bill I'm sure. They treated us like family went above and beyond... I highly recommend performance auto if your looking for quality..
