When I found this car on the web I didn’t relize at first it was 2 1/2 hours (150 miles) away... I called and talked to Enzo — asked if they deliver and was Leary on purchasing a car unseen. So he FaceTimed me showed me the car inside and out! He worked with me to get the price closer to what I was looking for..Enzo was so easy to work with! We did all the paperwork over the phone and Enzo and Julian delivered it right to our door!! What a great experience-the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had!!!thank you Enzo & Julian for great customer service!!!
I found this vehicle I purchased at cars.com. We did almost everything over the phone. We had a little problem with the financing since this was an out of state purchase but the finance manager did a great job in contacting the necessary individuals to insure the proper entities were on board. The salesman had everything ready which was great since this was a 4 hour drive. One of the best car buying experiences. I was impressed they were aware of KY titling and registration requirements.
Helpful friendly staff. "Magic Mike" was very helpful and informative with the many questions on our test drive. The Perfect Experience! They take care of their customers. I peppered Mike Elashkar with questions and he professionally answered each and every one of them. I would highly recommend; I am a Senior Citizen and they treated me with utmost respect! with Confidence you too will be pleased with their service and find the perfect car or truck too! jasmine took care of my paperwork effortlessly as a professional in her field. We???ve purchased several vehicles from Sellers and have had such positive experiences each and every time. Currently our Sales Rep is Andrea Milligan, believe me when I say she is the best! We also service our vehicles there as we know and trust that they are honest, professional and very reasonable with their pricing. They will bend over backwards to make sure no customer leaves unsatisfied.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I leased another car today 10/24/2018. It's my 3rd from Hines Park. The reason I've returned 3 times is Delores Sciberras. I have just retired needed to save money. I thought it was a long shot , to turn my lease in early and lease a new car. The payment is actually less. I thought it was a long shot. Delores made it happen, she's honest tells it like it is. Saving as much money for the customer, very knowledgeable goes out of her way. I'm a Ford retiree whose family members come to when they need a truck or car. I've dealt with lots of car dealers, Hines Park by far is the best. Why, because they have Delores Sciberras.The art of selling a car with honesty. Something thats unfortunately is rare at other car dealers.
I bought my first independently owned vehicle at this dealership. I was impacted positively by how helpful the staff was. I'm also satisfied with the vehicle I had purchased. It runs well and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great price on a second hand vehicle.
I Talked with the General Manager at Crest Ford and Sales Manager today. I was confused about the sale pricing My bad these are good People!! :) They helped me get into a Beautiful Nice 2015 Ford Taurus SEL :) I do Love this car it is AWESOME!! :) :)
My sales person, Doug Buchanon, was thorough in showing me the 2017 ATS I found listed on Cars.com. The appraisal of my trade-in went quickly and we reached a deal soon after. I was happy with the experience.
My service rep as well as the service manager went above and beyond to help me out. They know I have had a serious of problems with the vehicle between tire/rim issues, headlights, and computer/electric issues so when 8 month old tires all needed replaced as well as a cracked rim AND the rear shocks/pump they did everything they could to minimize the cost. They recommends tires with a large tread life warranty that at least will be replaced if they run out in 15-20,000 miles like these did which is ridiculous considering nearly all of it is expressway driving in light traffic. I will never buy any tires made by Goodyear again. They also did the service in steps and prevented me from getting recommended work that was not mandatory at the time, not the usual dealership way which was refreshing.
Long story short, the Genesis service team did enough for me to rethink my stance on never buying a Cadillac again. Although they cannot prevent the quality issues or control the cost so odds are I will sell this one in the next 10-13’days and switch back to Ford/Lincoln since I had twice as many miles on those cars and never had half this many issues
