Follow up review post purchase. I was on the way to work & I ran over a nail. I stopped by Belle tire to learn that the tire tread was so low that I couldn't have the nail removed. Unaware of the condition of the tires post purchase I returned to alderman's to discuss with Michael if there is something we could have missed on the inspection. Instead of giving me any pushback he asked me what I would like. I asked him for two new tires and he made it happen on the spot. A+ customer service. Very appreciative of Michael.

Greg Hubler Ford review
Our purchase today was completed only due to the strong perseverance, commitment and integrity shown by Evan Wilkins. His communication skills, knowledge and positive interactions quickly gained our trust and comfort. Evans loyalty to the Greg Hubler organization's purpose and principles was shown throughout the process. Of importance to add is Evans ability to acknowledge and adapt his communication/interaction skills to a profound hearing impairment was quite remarkable. We thank him for that. Lastly, this was our first purchase from Greg Hubler Ford, and we can say without hesitation all our expectations were met. Greg Hubler Ford in Muncie is managed with high expectations by Joe. I was a new grad and bought my first car (Toyota Corolla) from here.. The guys actually listened to my wants vs. needs and helped me find the most reliable option since I had a 2-hour daily commute to work. It has ran great for 3+ years and all i did was regular maintanence updates on it.. If you're having problems with a car (from here or anywhere...), there's a good chance it's more about how it's being taken care of than the car itself.. I made sure to do my research, speak with third-party mechanics about it before buying, and stayed true to upkeep with monthly checks. It goes a long way so you don't miss anything 6 months down the line that it was warning you about before. I recently sold it to upgrade to a larger car, but I'll always appreciate the guidance I got when making such an important first purchase. If you're looking for a dealership, that won't purposely sell you a horrible car, this is the place i felt most comfortable with after speaking with 10+ dealers.

2019 Chevrolet Tahoe review
2019 model year Tahoe purchased brand new from dealership in 2018. I have put almost 50,000 miles on it. In 6 years and 50,000 miles as of April, 2024, I have not had one single issue with it. The only maintenance it has required are the regular oil changes with Mobil 1. Furthermore, I live in the north where they throw salt everywhere in the winter which tends to promote corrosion. There's not a spot of rust on this vehicle's body. there's no paint bubbling from underlying rust either. I do my own oil changes and the underbody has slight surface corrosion here and there but nothing that makes me want to get rid of the vehicle. I am very happy with this vehicle thus far and would not be inclined to trade it in for a newer vehicle at this time, especially since I have 50,000 miles to go on the hundred thousand mile extended warranty provided through the dealership.

Was looking for a commuter car for my husband. Found the Honda Fit online and drive down from Lafayette just to look at it. The staff were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They met us at the car with key in hand so we could get in and take a closer look. The entire vehicle was extremely clean- inside, out and under the hood. There are some minor exterior imperfections- all had been noted online with photos. We asked about other vehicles on the lot. They showed us 3 other cars, but after discussion about what we needed from the car- they actually reconfirmed we wanted the Fit. (Which was the cheapest of the car showed). It is greatly appreciated they didn’t just push more costly vehicles on us. Will recommend them to friends and will definitely work with them again when the time comes for our next vehicle.

This was my first time buying a car online and having it shipped, so I was a little nervous at first. But honestly everything went pretty smooth. Emil was great to work with, very straight forward and easy to talk to. He kept me updated and answered my questions which helped a lot. Overall it turned out to be a good experience and I’d definitely recommend Carmel Auto Gallery, especially if you’re buying online for the first time.

Dan Cummins Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Paris review
Dan Cummins was an awesome experience. I’m 3hrs away from them. So I needed a quote on my trade. All they needed was pictures and vin numbers I got top dollar for my trade. The advertised price on new truck is exactly what I got. The prices at Dan Cummins are cheaper than Mark dodge currently. Special thanks to Cory Evans. He made sure everything was ready when I arrived. He made sure I was happy with the truck inside and out. I will be back.

I just purchased a 2025 Ford Ranger and the experience was great. My salesman was Mr. Alex Sanders. Mr. Sanders did not pressure me to purchase the truck! Once we had completed the deal Mr. Sanders made sure my Ford App. was set up along with the other electronic features. Alex made it go smooth. When the need arises, I'm planning on returning to Capital City Ford to do business with them in the future.
