2023 Chevrolet Tahoe review
Very stylish with a lot of power. Sits up high and floats like a cloud on the highway (22" wheels). I like that the seats fold down completely for the third row. Haven't tried the second row (owned only two weeks so far). Only things I miss are a navigation system and seat warmers. Otherwise, the multi-level controls for the heat can suffice fine. Many technical upgrades I have yet figured out how to use. Costs twice as much as the Tahoe I bought in 2012 oddly enough. Probably the engine and tech upgrades helped that.

My Tahoe: I love this vehicle, too big for my wife to park, but oh well. Just the other day we stopped at the grocery store, had an elderly gentleman say to us that is the most beautiful paint color he has ever seen. He loved the Tahoe. My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. We are Carmax people from now on. Thanks Dwayne in Clearwater!
2023 Chevrolet Tahoe review
This is the third Tahoe I've purchased. My first was an '07 and I loved it. Second was a 15 and I hated it. This one is a 23 and I once again love myTahoe!! I love the new look of the body - that was one thing I never could say I loved about the 15. I was highly concerned about buying a "COVID car" because I had so many issues with the 15 that never should have happened so I couldn't imagine how COVID would affect things. I only have 6,000 mi on it so far but, absolutely no problems and only praises. Love the longer body and the fact that the second row captain's chairs can move. I love these 22-in rims more than any of the other rims that have been available on the Tahoe since 07 when I bought my first one. It does sit taller than the old ones so it takes a little getting used to. I have very long legs but now I have to use the running board when I get in and out but, I definitely like setting up taller in traffic. I know it comes with the territory owning a big four-wheel drive vehicle but, I do hate the gas mileage. I tow a 22 ft open trailer with a car on it and you'd never know it was back there. The Tahoe handles it beautifully

2023 Chevrolet Tahoe review
I have a 2023 Tahoe after driving a Mercedes ML350. Husband wanted something bigger. While I really like my Tahoe, I do have a few complaints. The side mirror moves to a weird position inside the case every time I start the car and the preset button does not move it back, I have to reset it manually. I have had this "fixed" once only for it to start doing it again. I hate the auto stop option and am trying to train myself to push the button to turn it off whenever I get in it. The breaks squeal when stopping, I absolutely hate it! Was told since break pads used to be asbestos so they do not use them anymore and now it is metal on metal and living in a humid area makes them rust and that's what make them squeal. Was told to hard stop every so often to knock of the rust. What??? And my biggest complaint, it will not read my text messages to me without and internet plan. Why will it connect to my phone for calls, maps and music but won't read messages?? One of the biggest causes of wrecks, people trying to text while driving. Just one more way to get more money from us as if we didn't pay a fortune for the vehicle itself.
