They listened to my concerns- and treated me- a single woman walking in the door- with the compassion and respect as a consumer- I deserve. I’m walking away today with the perfect car for me. All employees and facilities at web where friendly, clean and professional. Jason made my purchase possible by keeping the Sierra at the dealership until my son could pick it up one week later after arriving from O?Hare airport. As a lifelong Chevrolet customer, I highly recommend Webb to everyone.

They are so busy it sometimes takes a while to get an appt; but service techs provide good service. Dennis Narsson has ben my tech advisor for my last two visits; has explained the problems and kept me updated as to progress. I have been a service customer for ~8 years.

They do good work and treat me well always. I've been a customer there for decades. I can use coupons and rewards points there, too.

I was skeptical at first, but Jonathan Medina quickly put me at ease. He was outgoing, but not pushy. He allowed me to fully inspect the vehicle at my pace. He was very forthcoming about the vehicle and very reasonable negotiating the price for the vehicle. Felt very comfortable with him and the other sales staff. The process was seamless. Very happy with the purchase. Would recommend them to anyone.

I am satisfied with my visit. I do think more thorough inspections should be done. My headlight was out and I knew this before the visit, but on the checklist it was marked as good. I love the cookies that are left after service visits as well .

I was very pleased withe service i received ,i would say the only thing i was not happy with was that they never checked for an extended warranty until i asked if it would be covered by it than was told i should of look to see if you had one sorry.
