I live in central PA and couldn't find a dealer to sell me the car I wanted, a red Equinox EV LT2 with supercruise. I found a 2024 model, new, on their website and was able to negotiate a satisfactory price mostly by text and phone. No hours long wait in the showroom with a lot of dead time! Sky and Dyani were great and I actually met the general manager, Ron who was not some mysterious figure in the back! I love my car and really appreciated being able to do most of the deal outside the showroom.

I dropped the car off late Monday evening and wasn't able to get there Tuesday evening before service department closed but they worked with me and I was able to get my car from a sales representative that evening. I had 2 trucks in mind and he worked to pull one around as the other was at a different lot. We test drove and decided to purchase and the process just flowed very smoothly. I purchased a used truck from AN-Timonium. When buying a used vehicle, it should be understood by the buyer that it's a used vehicle and the dealership cannot predict failures if they we're not disclosed. In my case, there was an intermittent electrical issue. AutoNation immediately took the vehicle and tried to repair it themselves while putting me into a very nice loaner. I picked the vehicle up and a few days later, the problem re-occurred. AN didn't hesitate to take the vehicle back and put me into another loaner; equally as nice as the first. They then had a RAM dealership try to fix the issue at their cost. I am extremely happy with the service and the communication from the key people at AN. In particularly, Ron, the Sales Manager. He was fantastic in customer service!

2026 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
Love my Trailblazer! I've had an Equinox for 20 years and was ready for something new. Love the features on this car! The interior is nice- the screen is big and user friendly. I got heated seats and heated steering wheel. Winter in Pennsylvania is no fun. I got the fun green color and I love it! Engine is responsive. Handles well. Feels very sturdy.
