Great experience start to finish!!! With a business and family, I like many do not have time to drive around and look at vehicles and then go back and forth for days with dealers about a vehicle. With City Chevy it was not the case. I found the truck I was looking for online at 9:30 at night, sent an email and the very next morning was promptly and professionally contacted. I struck gold with my sales representative Hamza. He listened to what I was looking for and made suggestions and options that i really hadn’t considered. He valued my time and was extremely careful to not be overly aggressive about the sale but instead was supportive and respectful of my needs. In all I got the truck that I wanted all via text, email and a few short calls on my time. It was delivered to my house 3 days later with papers to sign. Couldn’t get any easier or more streamline. This is the exact way that vehicles should be sold!!!! No pressure….No haggling over prices….Just straight professionalism and honesty. I am so glad that I took this route and if and when I buy again it will be with City Chevy and particularly with Hamza.

2026 Chevrolet Traverse review
Bought this to replace a vehicle I had owned for 15 years and I will say that catching up with the technology has been interesting. I wanted the off road capabilities and have not yet (at 2500 miles) had a lot of opportunity to see what it will do in mild off road situations but so far am impressed with performance so far. Ride is very good, typical GM stuff, seats maybe could be a little nicer, I am 75 years old and while this is a nice ride (longest trip from Michigan to Tennessee so far) it is comfortable but seems like it could a little more comfy, GM always wants to put you in that next up category. Surprised at the power of a four cylinder 2.5 L engine, that thing can turn the tires over if you are not careful. Overall I am very satisfied with this vehicle after four months of ownership and would recommend it, no problems, no surprises, oh, and really like the Google maps and large screen. Looking forward to my next road trip with this vehicle, its a nice ride. I might say too that I have owned a full size truck (Avalanche) before and prefer a predominantly front wheel drive vehicle so that was something that influenced this purchase decision.
