I recently went in to get my vehicle repaired after the service light came on in my car. They diagnosed the problem and assured me that the was the cause of the problems I was having with the vehicle. The cost came out to about $850 dollars and they assured me that this broken part was what was causing the issues. I had it replaced and a week later I’m having the same problems. I will be going in again to have it looked at but I feel that this is the responsibility of the repairmen as they assured me that the problem would be fixed. $800 dollars is a lot to pay for no improvement in my vehicle.
While I did not buy a vehicle, service was outstanding on the response and truthfulness of the conversation. After the lady described the vehicle in response to my inquiry and questioning, I decided not to move forward in this transaction. However, I will give extra special attention to a vehicle from Mills because of the treatment. There was absolutely no pressure at anytime in the conversation.
We had a wonderful experience at Mills! Teresa Franco made buying our new Equinox fun and easy. She was so helpful, but not pushy! Teresa helped us with all the new technology on our new car and was very patient! We are really enjoying our new red Equinox!

Devyon was great, she took time to go over what we wanted and responded in a timely manner once we decided on what we wanted she had everything ready to go once we finally made a choice and liked the pricing and was ready to go when we got there to sign papers, a few days later. she was happy and friendly even though you could tell she was not feeling the best
I was driving in to work and all of a sudden I had warning lights come on in my Trax. I had no idea what was wrong. So, I pulled in to Billion Chevy. It was a little before 7:30, and I didn't have an appointment. They took my vehicle right back and checked it. Nothing was wrong. They thought it was just from the sudden change in weather to cold temps. They reset the computer and checked the pressure in all of my tires. It was fine after that.
Not only Billion ,but my salesman did a terrific job. It is not easy car shopping during a Hawkeye game.
While waiting for finance they had the game on, beverages available. The salesman did not just leave me to sit there. He was talking with us the entire process. I appreciate the work they put into selling a vehicle. Having a reliable vehicle from a professional dealership who wont sell you a junk vehicle is a blessing.
