We drove from Kalamazoo to look at a 2018 Truck. Busy dealership, but they made the trip worth the drive, and enough gas in the truck to make it back home and recommended The Speed Trap restaurant for lunch down the street. Also great service.......and food. Our salesman was Jake.

Worked with salesperson Lisa Legarski and was very impressed by her work ethic and professionalism. From the very start it was all about what was i looking for in the vehicle. After listing all the wants including color and model. She started looking and was able to locate the exact match. The Eqinox was delivered 2 days later and we met up at the dealership to finalize the sale. During our get together she set up my phone and my wife's phone with the Chevy app, Google maps, Onstar and Sirius XM. Did a great job of walking us through all the controls in the vehicle. Will definitely refer people to Taylor Chevrolet and to Salesperson Lisa Legarski. Thank You Lisa and the Chevy team for making this purchase an easy and enjoyable experience. We love our Equinox.

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

Ballas Buick GMC review
I highly endorse Ballas Buick GMC, having purchased at least twenty vehicles from them over the past three decades. Their integrity is commendable, and they diligently strive to ensure that each vehicle meets your needs. A key aspect that I value is their no-pressure sales approach, which contributes to a relaxed and informative experience. I never feel overwhelmed or stressed during the purchasing process, which I consider crucial. Over the years, I have become acquainted with most of the staff, who treat you like family rather than just a customer. The team at Ballas is consistently eager to assist. In the event of any issues, they are committed to addressing them satisfactorily and providing honest options when necessary. The service department manages all my maintenance needs and performs exceptionally well, offering efficiency and competitive pricing in the local market. I strongly recommend this dealership. The management is very approachable and ensures that you leave as a satisfied customer, becoming a part of the Ballas family.

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

Just purchased a 2025 Kia Sorrento from Tayler Kia. Our salesman was Chris Malnar. This is the second vehicle we purchased from him. And if I had to purchase another, I would definitely go back to Chris. For the past 20 years, we have purchased vehicles from Tayler Kia. We have never had a bad experience. So thank you, Chris Molnar, and Tayler Kia for all that you’ve done for myself and my wife, Wanda. If you are looking for a vehicle. I suggest you go to Tayler Kia. Again, thank you for all that you’ve done.

Quick and very easy. Did not try to sell anything else to me. But $68 for an oil change is a little steep for someone who used to pay $12 to $15 for one.

Had a great experience, Tatiana was really amazing to work with. She was thorough and created a great buying experience for us.
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Genuinely a fun car to drive. Packs a lot of tech for the money, and only compromises with its transmission (which can feel a bit sluggish sometimes). Bought mine new back in May, approaching 7,000 miles and still pleased with the driving experience. It's super minimalist yet has a lot of creature comforts standard that make the experience all the more enjoyable; mainly its heated seats, wireless Android auto/car play, and remote start capability (with my 1RS model I also have the heated steering wheel, a very nice addition to have in the winter). While it prioritizes a sporty look over sporty performance, it doesn't really leave you feeling like you're missing out, you can pull to overtake without feeling like you're giving the car its all. I've had a few hiccups on occasion with the infotainment center becoming unresponsive and causing static over music, but after a few minutes it corrects itself, overall the issue is a rare occasion. Lots of cargo space and a comfortable ride, this SUV was a great match for the often unpredictable roads of Michigan.

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
I am absolutely thrilled with my new 2024 Chevrolet Trax. It is an amazing vehicle that has exceeded my expectations. I also want to highlight the exceptional service I received from Luis Avitia at AutoNation Chevrolet Amarillo; he was fantastic throughout the entire process, helping me secure a great price while making the purchase quick and seamless. I highly recommend both this vehicle and this dealership if you are looking for a new or used car.
