On Saturday, June 7, my daughter and I had an outstanding experience at XXX Chevrolet. While my initial intent was simply to support her in purchasing her first vehicle, I ended up trading in my own car and driving away in a brand-new 2026 Equinox — while she purchased a 2025 Colorado. Both vehicles impressed us during the test drive. The safety features, interior design, storage space, and overall aesthetics sealed the deal for both of us. While comfort and safety were top priorities, what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service we received. Steven connected us with Brian, an outstanding sales specialist who was both highly knowledgeable and incredibly personable. I previously left Executive Chevy a terrible review; I should note that the advisor who dropped the ball was NOT Steve in the Service Dept. He's actually right now trying to resolve this issue, which was unbeknownst to me. I believe in calling "xxxxx and strikes", and Steve is making an attempt to resolve which at this point is all we can ask for, as the previous Service Advisor did nothing. Understand there's a lot of red tape for him to deal with and we're keeping our fingers crossed he can work something out. I normally don't like to have to "MF" a business, but it was warranted because of past advisor ineptitude. Still not completely sold on Chevy's, but if Steve comes through it'll restore my faith in USA cars which I love, especially Chevy trucks.

Have never purchased a vehicle but moved to the area with my Chevrolet Traverse and have always taken it here for service since. Every experience I've had has been outstanding. Gavin in the service department is very pleasurable to deal with and always honest and up front about anything going on with my vehicle. They have never pressured me into getting any "add on" repairs done that other places might. In fact, they've turned down or have found less expensive options when many places would not. Can't say enough positive things about this dealership, which was also just recently renovated. Very nice place and highly recommend if you need service on your Chevrolet.
