Last week on my drive to work my wiper blades stopped working, I was fortunate in that I was not far from Ralph Honda when it occurred. I explained the situation to Service Advisor Steve Pecora, and as is always the case when I have dealt with him, he was very accommodating. Even though he was short of technicians that day, he said he would get someone to look at my vehicle. When he realized the shuttle driver was going to take a while, he found someone else to take me to my place of work, Steve communicated what needed to be repaired, and the part I need was ordered and the repair was complete. Steve also had the technician complete some recall work that was needed, This type of customer service is why I have only had service performed at Ralph since I have owned my 2011 Accord.
Thinking of buying new or used, this is the place to go! The website was easy to help me finally decide on 2017 used Tahoe. The entire process was seamless; sales, finance, and delivery! Short ride to a great location with some nice local restaurants to grab grub before heading home! BJGM Le Roy -- highly recommend.
This particular transaction happened very fast, over two dealerships and through the magic of cellular communication. We had a contact at Bob Johnson's in LeRoy, but the vehicle was at Bob Johnson's in Greece. A phone call was made, "Yes, the vehicle is still available. But, due to Black Friday pricing, and the deep discount on the vehicle, it wasn't going to last the weekend. As the only 2018 Traverse Premier in a 2500 mile radius we had to move fast. We test drove a '19 similar in Greece. Loved it. Called our friend in LeRoy and told him we wanted it. He said he'd call them and have it shipped to their store. Then, over the course of about 40 minutes and several texts, while we were driving to Buffalo to see a Sabres' game, we worked out the other stuff. Great experience, great people, and so far GREAT CAR.

Mr. Green has always been the mechanic to care for my car ever since I switched to Bob Johnson. He is very knowledgable , give full attention to my car when working on it. I never have to worry about anything. HE explains any problems that may arise in language that I Can understand. FYI- if he ver leaves Bob Johnson I. Am buying a FORD
First time car buyer, and I don't think I could of had a better experience anywhere else. The staff were very friend, knew exactly what they were talking about, and exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this place to all friends and family that are looking for a cadellic!
