I want to start out by saying that I am an employee of Henry Brown and work in the service department. That being said, I have worked places that you get pushed behind "Real Customers" as if you weren't important. I was never treated like that.. Hubby and I were not sure what we wanted so we took many test drives...Willy was patient, kind and very professional with us. He was never pushy or made me feel like I was wasting his time, even though I felt like I was. Once we chose our 2019 Chevy Traverse, everything went quickly and smoothly in finance with David Ide...... Again he was not pushy, super nice and professional. Mike Miller the Sales Miller made sure I was getting the best treatment along the vehicle buying path... and that I was!! I watch all the salesman here on a daily basis and really like them all and like the way they deal with customers... Thanks for making my buying experience an awesome one!!

I purposely avoid dealerships due to all the hassles, but my experience at Earnhardt Cadillac Chandler was amazing. I saw a vehicle online and made some tentative contact, not expecting much as I had not bought from a dealer in over 25 years. Everything worked out in the process and I have my new-to-me vehicle which was awesome. The team, Peter, Andy, Luke, had everything ready for me so when I drove in from Tucson, all I had to do was inspect, drive, sign and head home in about 30 minutes. Awesome experience.
Took my car in for schedule 1 service which included an oil change. I bought the car used from this dealership and it had a blend for the oil at that time. About 20K miles ago I switched to full synthetic and when I dropped the car off I wrote in my instructions please use synthetic oil for the oil change. Instead of the synthetic or even a blend, regular oil was used. They offered to change it out but because of time I declined. This is the 1st time any of my instructions were not followed. I have always had 1st class service from this dealership.
We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle from this dealership. Barbara and Kylor were absolutely phenomenal. We purchased an electric vehicle and they did everything in their power to get the car charged and ready for us. Honestly, they went above and beyond to ensure that we had adequate equipment for the vehicle. We were able to ask questions and received knowledgeable answers. If they didn???t know the answer right then, they researched it and within minutes had an accurate answer. The energy of both Kylor and Barbara was fantastic. They seemed just as excited about the vehicle as we did and that was greatly appreciated. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from a place that puts all the information right out there for you honestly (no issues they are trying to hide), and allows you time to make your decision (doesn???t rush you into an answer), we recommend this dealership and seeing Barbara and Kylor. Even the finance department was pleasant and knowledgeable.
You can not get better service than Lisa Chabrier at San Tan Volkswagen!! She is a little ball of fire that GETS IT DONE!! She is willing to walk you thru every available car in your range, and then fights for you to get the best deal possible!! And while she's taking care of your paperwork, the rest of the office comes over to offer you a beverage and to just chat and make sure you're comfortable!! They do NOT attack you as you come thru the door, but will bend over backwards to help you with any needs or concerns. I just cannot say enough about what an amazing experience this was for me! Lisa is a rockstar!!
The folks at San Tan VW are incredibly accommodating. Made the car buying process an ease. Lisa Chabrier was incredibly knownledgable and was about to fit me into a car with features I wanted. When I make my next big purchase, I know who I will be finding.

I have now fulfilled my dream and purchased my LITTLE RED CORVETTE! I am truly in love with my car. My car purchasing experience was awesome. I drove four hours to get to the dealer and spent about 4 hour at the dealership. They made sure that my car was clean, shiny and looking brand new when I picked it up!

Everything about this dealership on the front end is exceptional. However, once you go to the back door service, it's a completely different story. It's happened to me twice with them on 2 different vehicles. I'd recommend buying a vehicle here, then never bringing it back again.
Best Car Buying Experience EVER! After several disappointing, frustrating, horrible experiences at other dealerships, we purchased our 2013 Toyota Tundra from AutoNation Chevrolet Gilbert. Everyone was so pleasant to work with. No games. Just fair prices and without the haggling. We bought for lower than we found anywhere else, and we got more for our trade than anyone else was willing to give us. Nivram Acoff was wonderful to work with and would recommend you call him if you need a good vehicle. Randy the Manager was also great! There was a little shake in the steering wheel when we test drove it, and as soon as we got back to the lot, Randy took it out to check out the problem and put it right into the service center to be fixed...all before we even decided to buy it. Problem was solved right away and we drove away very happy customers!! Thanks to the entire staff at AutoNation!
