I like this truck a lot...the ride is excellent, and it handles like a dream...i wish it would accelerate a little faster, and it slides quite a bit in slippery snow conditions...it gets through deep snow great though...overall its an awesome choice...great family vehicle
Looking for a new SUV and ended up with a new Rogue. I love it, it handles so nice. We ended up buying it in a rain storm so it really got the full test. I have owned over 20 trucks in my life so far and this truck is so far the most rugged and yet most comfortable one i have had,,it fits in my garage even with the zr2 off road package
Dead battery; an inconvenience and easy to resolve until it is discovered when you need to leave immediately for a non scheduled early delivery hours away. Craig asked how soon we could get there and had us on the road in short time. The Acura service team has always been professional and courteous. Yesterday they proved themselves to be fantastic and even CARING when they asked about the delivery. Our 7lb 4oz granddaughter.

The vehicle rides well and performs well, however its way to pricey for the current economy. I chose to pay for it so that s on me. Overall great ride.
I worked with Neil McCann on an Accord lease. Last year my husband bought a Pilot from him. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was very patient with me as I considered my options. I like how he wasn???t overly pushy and allowed me to take my time with the large financial decision. This was the best sales experience I???ve had when purchasing a car. I have owned this car for less than two years and have been into the service department more than 14 times. I don't make a lot of money in life and I finally could afford a new vehicle and this was the worst choice I have ever made in my life.

I purchased this car from a new/used auto dealership in Maine. I originally saw it listed for about $10k and when the price dropped over time to about $7k I made the deal. At this pricepoint the car was barely worth it as I would come to find out. At time of purchase the car had about 11k miles on it. At about 40k the computer chip failed, not once but twice! I was fortunate the local dealership I brought it to made required repair at no cost to me. I also discovered after owning this car that the rear seats do NOT fold all the way down, making it impossible to carry anything in back. By the time car hit 70k the hatchback was sticking and I had to open it by getting at lock from inside the car.
The service and the dedication are unmatched...Its starts the moment you walk through their door until you get the vehicle key in your hands...Well done Kia Performance

Although at first I thought it might be to small for my family. But it is surprisingly roomy. Has pep and everyone seems to think it’s a sports car. Ha!! I haven’t had a SPORT car in over 25years “I’m old”

Traded in my 2014 RS camaro for the 2018 V8, because the V6 wasnt enough power. This car handles well and has great acceleration. I’ve had zero issues or regrets with this car. This was a great buy and ill continue to upgrade this car. I plan to own this one for a long time!
I thought that purchasing my tires their it came with a road hazard plan . But unfortunately I was not offered a road hazard plan. My future tire purchases will be at another place.

This truck has more usb and power points than u can use . It does not ride like a truck even being a 4-wheel drive. The radio is smarter than me but give me time. In my opinion you can’t go wrong with this truck
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Traded my 2016 Tahoe to get more storage room in the Suburban and I love it. No issues, handles great and tows like a dream.
Top notch, Chris Mackes is a true gentleman and is very knowledgeable of the product. I assisted an older family member purchase a new RAV4 after hers was totaled in a crash. I contacted Chris via email with a quick response and two telephone calls I received my best price from him and made the deal. We traveled 85 miles to the dealership where the car was prepped, and ready to go. Upon arrival unlike other dealerships the price quoted was the actual price. The entire process only took one hour and fifteen minutes. There were no high pressure finance room scare tactics or shenanigans. Chris was very patient explaining the new vehicle features to my family member. All in all a great experience.

Car met initial family purchase the car now. Engine power train problem began at 57,000 miles/6 year 2 months. horrible. Senior citizen driver. No other option.
Our experience at Ken Pollock Ford was absolutely phenomenal. From our first contact with them, Christine was so willing to help and answered our questions extremely quickly. She sent us every single piece of information we needed to know, and had us essentially sold on the car (and the dealership) before we got there. Then. We arrived yesterday and quickly realized it was only getting better. Zach, our car salesman, knocked it out of the ball park. He explained everything in detail and allowed us to ask a litany of questions. He was easily the best sales associate we???ve ever worked with. Even the man processesing our paperwork, Mark, was effective and effienct to the highest degree. The car we bought is perfect for us, and we could not recommend Ken Pollock Ford more.

It has everything you can expect in a truck, seats 6 with plenty of leg room. A tool box under the rear seat. And lots of cargo area.
I can't say enough about the great customer service I received from Bob Thennes, when I purchased my 2018 Ford Escape. Even though we have had many rainy days the team at Ken Pollock Ford, Berwick add a little sunshine with their pleasant response to my questions and completing their portion of the transition from one vehicle to another. Bob Thennes did an excellent job in showing vehicles that would suit my needs, demonstrating the functions of the new vehicle, and offering future assistance if needed. The nice thing about Ken Pollock Ford is that the exceptional service does not stop at the sale of the vehicle but extends for future service needs, which I have experienced since they opened in Berwick. The car is nice. But there are some issues with car. After few months middle row car seats is going to make rattling noises. Prolly sooner have to change the car seats molding. Car Radio issue it would stop by it self. Lot of fixed needs to done for this truck.
We discussed why Mitsubishi oil changes are better than other vendors & it gave me even more confidence in this team. I have gone to this place before for services and they never disappoint. Definitely recommend.

It’s a great car, fun to driver very comfortable. I love the sunroof and these power seats are the best I’ve ever had. There is a lot of room for all of my passengers.
I visited Ray Price Mt. Pocono and leased a 2018 Ford Escape. Mathew C. was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very professional and friendly! He made the process very smooth and answered all of my questions. I am very happy with my new car and my experience at Ray Price Mt. Pocono! So far I love this vehicle. I have had no problems at all. The avalanche is a vehicle I have always favored. Out of the three I’ve owned this is by far the best.
I was looking to buy a used car. I knew make, model, mileage and price that I wanted. Found one on Ray Price website. Talked to them as I did not want to drive 200 miles and find a problem. Everything they said was accurate and I found exactly what I wanted. What a great team of professionals. An excellent experience.

The look inside and out of this car is amazing. Very roomy with 3rd row seats and it is a small but powerful vehicle. Would recommend to anyone.
