When I was married, my husband handled all of the car business. After the "D" my son, who worked at a dealership handled everything for me. Neither of the above options apply any longer. I turned my attention to Barton for many reasons, the list is long. My expectations were not high, and I honestly shopped around, again for many reasons. I was approved at 2 other dealerships with many hoops to jump thru. Some, even illegal, like being forced to purchase an extended warranty on a used car or I wouldn't get approved.
I did my entire car deal with Jason Barton over the phone via TEXT! Who does that? They did. Jason got me into a 2017 Chevy Equinox lease for 2 years AND lowered my payments. The entire team was nothing short of amazing. Once I stepped into the dealership to pick up my new car, I didn't even pick it out.... it's beautiful, it's loaded, I love it! I may just have Barton pick out my next car too, and EVERY ONE after that .... every 2 years. That's how well my experience at Barton Chevy went down. Thank you Jason Barton and the entire team at Barton Chevrolet and "Cadillac" (hint, hint).
I had gone to a previous Jeep dealership and was misinformed and deliberately mislead. I tried Healy and had a completely different experience. The salesperson (Nick) was understating and authentic. He empathized with my previous feelings of frustration and was up front the entire time. I can’t say enough positive things about Nick’s approach to selling cars. He was not pushy and very supportive with a passive approach which is appreciated in a field of aggressive salespeople. Finance (Anthony) was also very accommodating and genuinely friendly.
This is my first time writing a review on anything so if you are in need of a new car try Healy first.

I wasn???t ready to buy anything new yet but getting rear-ended and losing my vehicle made me start looking. After a lot of research and looking online I did find a GMC Canyon that has exactly what I wanted and it was at Hudson???s Buick in Poughkeepsie. Mike Vargas was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. He went out of his way make sure Iwas comfortable with what I was buying (this was replacing a 2003 Dodge Dakota) and explained all features to me. We were also surprised we got a 50??? TV. He even picked me up at the train station the day I was picking up the truck since I had no ride to the dealership. Thanks again! This was an extremely pain free purchasing process. After the purchase (and signing every piece of paper under the sun) he sat with me in the truck to set up the OnStar and reviewed again the features and the remote start, since I never had that before. Thank you again.
Andrew was awesome. Did not feel uncomfortable or pressured during the whole process. Although i financed a vehicle that wasn't my original choice I am more than satisfied with my Cadillac. Happier than i would have been with what I originally intended to buy. Would definitely recommend Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC.
Well this is rare for me and I never thought I would have such a great time again with a car dealer. First let me say I am sure I join a long list of happy customers that went to Ingersoll of pawling. Dylan and Torrey were way better than all other dealerships with helping me with my needs and wants. Other dealers can learn from them on just how to treat and make a customer feel relaxed and not pressured in the car buying experience. If u have a chance or the time to visit this dealership(Ingersoll of pawling)I am sure all of your needs with be addressed and handled with people that really care about doing whatever they can for the customer. This is the third Audi we've purchased. From the moment we sat down with Janet I felt assured we were going to be able to seal a deal. She listened to our needs, prior experience with other sales staff and explained everything. We were so satisfied with Janet that we did something we have never done before. We purchased and had our car delivered within 4 days.
