As a young 20 year old who commutes every day to work and school I can say this car does it’s job and does it well. Great on gas, comfortable, compact, and large trunk space for those long days of shopping. I would definitely recommend the 2016 Chevy Cruze LT to a first time car buyer looking for something that doesn’t pack TOO much punch; but just enough to get you to where you need to go in a timely manner.
It was the best experience I have had with a dealer in Reno. Most other dealers are horrid. Lithia was easy to deal with and not pushy.

I recently got this truck as a replacement for my totaled 1999 Jeep Wrangler. This truck goes off-road better than my jeep did and the power upgrade is amazing. I’ve used this truck from driving my friends around mudding to pulling people out, to a full on work truck
Israel was a great salesman. He answered all our questions and showed us all the Toyota Rav4???s on the car lot. He explained all the different models and their features. Very nice and no pressure to choose a specific model. Michael was our finance person and he was super friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We went through all the paperwork in minimal time. I absolutely love my impala. It has plenty of room in the front and back. It's very stylish, ther performance is unmatched by others. It's very fast and reliable.
Holly did any awesome job from start to finish. She did whatever it took to get us the best deal possible working with what we had. She was very informative and touched all the bases and made sure we were happy with everything. Great job Holly!

This cat cannot handle a canadian winter what so ever...almost everything in the interior broke from the cold. We were very disappointed in this car for many different reasons. After owning it for over 1 year I just want to get rid of it. I've never had such a horrible veichle! I would trade it in immediately if everything on it wasn't broken already.
Matt is awesome as is the entire staff at Lithia. This was a 30,000 service which would take 2-3 hours so I was offered a drive home. I elected to stay in the waiting area and do some work on my laptop.

This car has been rated the #1 large sedan by Consumers Report for 4 years now. We just traded it in on a new 2018. Basically we have nothing really negative to say about the car. It is very comfortable, the ride is smooth, good power, huge trunk, and it looks good!
All around great purchase experience. Friendly, down-to-earth sales people and finance people as well. I was in and out thanks to Lithia???s professionalism and conscientiousness.

I have a 2017 Chevy Sonic Premium with Turbo.
This car has pep. I would suggest getting a turbo no matter your needs as it will help you negotiate traffic. This car has comfortable seating as my Acadia which I downgraded from. It has heated seats and steering wheel, the steering wheel doesn't seem to get very warm but I hardly use it. I hate keyless start but that's kind of standard anymore. I've left my car running a few times when I get out of it on accident. I was looking at an Impala Premier but couldn't find a price I could afford and have trouble driving "big" vehicles hence my downgrading from an Acadia
I haven't had the Sonic in the shop yet. I bought it used with 46,000 miles and have put about 10,000 on it. It's a comfy car and my husband who is 5"11 even agrees that is comfortable. It is a tight car no doubt. It is slightly loud but I'm used to it with other vehicles.
It's a very fun car to drive. It has a huge trunk and fold down the seats for more room.
The ride is a little bumpy due to the low profile tires, I would like to get some different thicker tires for a more cushioned ride but other than that I wouldn't change much.
My visit at this dealership turned out to be a pleasant and satisfying time. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were very considerate and kept us updated with what was going on. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone that may needs one to go too.

In Sept 2018 I was looking for a SUV and the Chevy Equinox met all my requirements. I purchased it for a fair price and it's January 2019 and 35,000 miles later I am still happy with my Equinox. I have had no issues except with the Michelin tires having to be replaced at 24,000 miles. Michelin pro-rated the tires and a new set cost me $400.00 plus tax and mounting/balance. I am very satisfied with my Equinox.
Great customer service, Ricky was great to work with.

Excellent small crossover offers great mileage (averaging 29mpg city, and just completed 800-mile holiday trip at 34mpg that included hilly terrain.) Leather seats are a bit stiff, but everyrhing else is great.
I recently purchased a Mazda CX-3. I had the pleasure of meeting Angel Ramirez, he was very helpful in helping me to make up my mind to make this purchase. Angel worked with me so we could come to an agreement on a price that I was comfortable with. He was very courteous and patient with me in explaining the details of the car and financing options. Although at first I thought it might be to small for my family. But it is surprisingly roomy. Has pep and everyone seems to think it’s a sports car. Ha!! I haven’t had a SPORT car in over 25years “I’m old”
My daughter bought a Nissan Juke from CarMax, Reno. She also bought the Max Care 150K warranty from them. The car had 92,000 miles on it. It had gone through the CarMax checklist with no problems found. Within three months the car stranded her twice on the freeway. CarMax said it sounded like a CVT transmission problem and referred me to Nissan of Reno. Nissan of Reno found the fluid had never been changed. The fluid in this car needs to be changed every 30,000 miles according to Nissan. There was extensive damage and stress to the transmission. According to Nissan it needed a new transmission. CarMax Max Care covered $1500.00 of a $4100.00 Transmission.
I thought CarMax at least checked the transmission level and color. It was obviously worn and burned. How can we trust CarMax repairs for anything if they can't see the obvious? I tried to contact via email CarMax, Reno but have received no response.

This is my second corvette, and it is very comfortable on long trips, and I am getting 22 mpg around town, 29 on the highway. My husband is comfortable in this car too, and he is a big guy!
I was looking to replace my Saturn but had no idea what type of vehicle I wanted. I dread car lots, pushy sales staff and haggling on price. CarMax is different and a joy to work with. After checking out over a dozen different makes, models and features on their lot, I zeroed in on a 2015 Subaru CrossTrek. My brother checked the mechanics and after test driving we both felt this vehicle was a perfect fit for me. CarMax is unique. There is no pressure in purchasing. Rick Baker was excellent in answering our questions, helping with paperwork and providing me with 1.95% financing. Outstanding! I would definitely purchase another car here.

Great commute car. It is a very smooth ride. Comfortable, great PG&E rates for my entire house. Love it. I only owned BMWs in the past and I like this the best.
I've lived in So. Lake Tahoe for over 30 years and had my last Subaru for over 18 years. My 1997 Subaru was the most reliable, gas efficient, low maintenance, and “excellent in the snow” car I ever had! However, it was time for a new car. I did my research and looked for the best deals and found that Michael Hohl had the best selection and best prices around! I also know that they are familiar with California DMV requirements. I was pleased that their sales person did not pressure me and I was able to “just look around” and test drive the car I was interested in. There was just a little issue with the vehicle I purchased, nevertheless, the sales manager graciously corrected the problem! I highly recommend Michael Hohl Subaru! I'm more than happy and very satisfied with my purchase!

We own a Pilot too and there is not comparison on trunk space, rear visibility, and comfort. The Tahoe is big on the outside and small and uncomfortable in the inside. The third row seats are horrible low, not space for legs, and hard. There is not way to fit 3 suitcases in the back and maybe not even a big suitcase. We barely fit only 2 carry on suitcases on our family trip. You pretty much feel claustrophobic in the third row. I can’t say enough about how poorly designed the 2019 Tahoe 7 seater is. The old 2011 pilot we have is 150 times better, spacious, comfortable, and all the good things a SUV should be. Truly disappointed!
I'm surprised to see the negative reviews on for Michael Hohl Subaru. We bought our first car from Michael Hohl Honda and got nothing but amazing service. We decided it was time for a new car and were deciding Honda CR-V and a Subaru. We decided to check out the Subaru’s first. We went in on Saturday at noon and here’s how things went for us. Sean Lyman was the salesperson who helped us out. He was very knowledgeable about the Subaru’s without being pushy. We were leaning towards a Forester based on internet research but checked out the Outback as well. Sean asked us what we wanted out of a car and explained the difference between the two cars. We test drove both but fell IN LOVE with the Outback. Next was deciding which color/package we wanted. We went with a dark grey w/the all-weather package. Let me tell you our car ROCKS! Sean wasn’t pushy throughout our whole time on the lot making up our minds. He gave us privacy when we needed it and was there when we had questions. When it came time to make the deal and discuss our trade in. Sean’s Sales Manager came over, Bryan Worch. He was very nice and was wonderful to work with. We talked about our trade in which was a 2007 GMC Acadia. He gave us an AMAZING deal. Better than we thought we would get and then it came time to run the numbers. We had a number in our head that we wanted to be (like most people). We were still deciding between 2 of the Outbacks at this point so Bryan ran the numbers for both for us and with different down payment options. He spent a lot of time with us talking about our needs from the car as one of our picks did not include the all-weather package. After looking at the numbers and talking to Bryan we picked the all weather package. We never once felt pushed to buy the car. Bryan (like Sean) knew when to give us our privacy and talk but was there when we had questions. We really appreciated the time he took to make sure we looked at all our options and felt comfortable with the numbers. Sometimes when buying a car you get the feeling that the sales people just want to sell you the most expensive car with all the bells and whistles but we never once felt that here. They always talked about what we wanted and needed out of a car and most importantly what we felt comfortable paying! Speaking of paying, we moved over to the finance department and worked with Nick Reinhardt. He was quick and efficient. We had already been at the lot for a while now and he didn’t waste time lolly gagging. He went over all our warranties with us and talked about some of their extended plans. We originally weren’t going to purchase one but after looking at the prices and the length of them we decided on an additional one because the value was there. Like Bryan and Sean he gave us our privacy but was there to answer questions. He also ran several numbers for us so we could really see our options and what worked best for us. We never felt pushed to buy the extended plan, we bought it because for us piece of mind is worth it. The guys who cleaned the car up for us did a great job. Being as it was a brand new car they didn’t have much to do but there was a few scratches behind the door handles (people when opening car doors be easy for pete sakes someone is going to buy that sooner or later!). They were able to get them all out and cleaned up!! Woohoo!!!! As you can see, we had an amazing car buying experience. Even though we’ve only had the car for a day, we will be Subaru owners for life. The car could sell itself but everyone we dealt with at the dealership went beyond for us.
