We went to House Chevrolet to look at Equinox vehicles in the range of 2014 to 2016. This was exactly what we were shown and permitted to drive. Features, mileage, and price were explained. There was no pressure to purchase immediately when we said we wanted to think about the purchase overnight. They are personable and listen to what the customer wants.
Just purchased my third vehicle from House Chevrolet. I don't even bother to look at other dealerships. The House family treats me like family. I always feel welcome and important to them. I love my new Chevy Camaro and have no doubt that it will provide me with years of great driving.

Was stranded on side of road with a flat tire. A tow truck arrived promptly with a friendly driver who secured my vehicle appropriately to the tow truck and allowed me to ride back to the shop. A loaner vehicle was then given to me while they located a quality used tire to match the tread of my other tires and was completed all in the same day.
Great and friendly place to purchase a vehicle from. I worked with Cory on my new Highlander purchase and he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Cory followed up on all my emails quickly even when I knew he wasn't in the office. Very easy place to do business. I have purchased three new vehicles from them and will continue to use them in the future.
My husband and I had the best experience at Lupient we've ever experienced at a car dealership! Seamus and Dustin, with the help of Chad as well, made trading our 2015 Sierra SLT for a new 2017 Sierra Denali Ultimate not only quick and easy, but it was very enjoyable and we appreciated truly being treated as a guest and not just another potential buyer. I went to this dealership to buy a used car. However it didn't work out for me. I wasn't able to leave with a new car at that moment due to my own circumstances. The service was still exceptional and courteous. Very welcoming environment and straight to the business. I do plan on going back soon, when my unfortunate circumstances change. After driving for 4 days from Oregon on our way to Wisconsin, oil life in our Verano was at 4% when we reached Rochester, so we decided to stop at the dealership where we bought our car in 2013 to see if they would be able to do an oil change while we waited. Even though it was after three PM this was not an issue and we were on our way, with a clean car to boot, in less than an hour. The technician also mentioned that our air filter was looking dirty and replaced it.
I was so impressed with Lupient and their service department. The salesman who sold me my car (then called Viking) was very nice and helpful. He made the buying experience easy and painless. Lupient's service department cannot be beat. Brian is always friendly, helpful, and professional. He answers any questions I have and takes care of any general maintenance on my car. Everyone in the service department works hard to help me feel like I'm a person and not just another car. We were so impressed that when we went shopping for a truck for my husband, the first and only place we went was Lupient!
I found my specific Ford Edge online and emailed the dealership to set up a viewing. Everything went so smoothly. It had been many years since I purchased a new car.
