I recently found a oil leak earlier on the engine oil cooling lines. It took a couple of days to find the parts to fix it. It seems the there were 3 dealers in the area that had the part but they were already designated for other pickups with the same problem. This being said I believe GM is aware of the problem and should take responsibility for the cost encured for repairs.

Things are looking up. They have New(er) service desk people. And my last two transactions have been ok: job estimate accurate, done on time, etc. To be honest in early 2023 I was looking for somewhere else to take my car. But if the service department manager, and the counter guys are serious in working for better ratings then I will stay here. I've purchased 2 cars from this dealership.

I bought the Traverse used, and I couldn’t be happier with this Chevrolet! The gas mileage is great for such a big vehicle! It’s smooth and Quiet, and does long distances very well! We went from Atlanta to Houston and got 29 mpg average combined driving! On some Texas roads it still rides a bit like a truck when sleeping in back, but so smooth and quiet when roads are not broken up!

It is a good solid vehicle and handles well. I wish it did not have a sliding side door but other than that I'm pleased.

My 17 Colorado has 50,900 miles on it and it needs a new Differential in installed. Just normal driving. I think it should have lasted should last much longer.

My wife and I have wanted to own a Corvette since we were both in elementary school. We are 53 years old now and are finally able to afford to purchase a used one. Decided on the 2008 since it was the first year that GM offered the LS3. It's a convertible and has been very well cared for with 70k miles. Factory paint and finish are still PERFECT. Upgraded factory exhaust gives it 436 HP and it has the 6 speed manual trans. Performance is all I could have dreamed for and more. Handles incredibly, tons of leg room, and seats are surprisingly comfortable for a performance sports car. Driving it with the top down on a warm, sunny day....priceless. What a stress reliever!

My Silverado runs and drives perfectly. My only complaint is the paint job. Every week when I clean the truck I find new nicks in the paint. Almost like there's no primer. I'm concerned about resale value because no matter how careful I am and I'm an older driver, paint is getting worse every day.

I was looking for an economical pickup with towing capacity. The Chevy Colorado DuraMax Diesel fit my needs and White Bear Mitsubishi had the one I liked best at the price I could afford. I would have liked the upgraded seats but the standard chevy seats are very comfortable. We took a road trip Saturday after buying it and traveled in town and hwy averaging 29.8 MPG. I am going to love this truck.

We had a nice conversation about my motorcycle even before we even talked about the car. The entire sales process was relaxed, light, and the salesperson worked diligently with his manager to get the numbers that were finally agreed upon. I also learned that the finance person and I even had something in common as we shared our common interest in Ham Radio prior to doing all the necessary paperwork.
